We had an amazing evening at Gascona. Oscar was fantastic and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We ordered both the seafood and mixed paella along with a bottle of wine, and everything was spot on. The paellas were full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and felt genuinely local. The wine selection was also great and paired beautifully with the meal. The atmosphere was relaxed but lively, making it a great spot for a special night out. It’s perfect for birthdays or gatherings with friends. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and really added to the overall experience. If you're in the area and want delicious local food with warm service, Gascona is definitely worth a visit.

I came upon Gascona at a late hour with three friends. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. They made sure we had a chance to order the paella and recommended dishes for us. Everything we tried was delicious and by far the stand out meal of our 7 nights in Sevilla. Can’t fault anything with the food or experience. The depth of flavour in the vegetable rice was unreal. My seafood loving friends said it was one of, if not the best seafood paellas they’d ever had. Special shout out to Lidia who exemplifies exceptional service. She was always on hand when we needed anything and was so personable. Didn’t catch the name of the couple of guys that served us too but they were also lovely and happy. Happy staff is always a good sign for me! Will definitely stop by on any future visits to Seville!

To start off with the positive, the staff was wonderful. They were warm, welcoming, friendly and attentive. You could tell they were genuinely happy to have you dining with them. The restaurant itself is spacious and comfortable. It was easy to make a reservation and we didn’t wait for our table. Unfortunately, the negative is entirely in the food. Maybe it’s just what we had specifically but looking around at other peoples dishes the food all appeared very generic and blah. We had the fried sea bream which you had no idea what the fish was like because the batter was incredibly thick. The potatoes with three sauces tasted like the sauces came from cans from the supermarket. The salad was the only thing that was ok for us. I hate to leave any negative review because the staff were so great but I would definitely say this was our worst meal in all of Spain.

We found out this restaurant by google. We really like meal. Especially mussel with cheese, crochets and calamari was amazing. Adriana and Christian was very friendly to us. Thanks to them for their friendship. Inside of restaurant was little bit hot. I suggest to increase aircondition system.

Alex was the best server!!! Miguel also helped with our service. We were a large group and everything was served perfectly. I ordered a vegetarian paella which was off the menu, and they were so helpful to make this. It was actually the best thing I’ve ever had and MUST be added to the menu. I have only good things to say! If I am ever back in Seville, this is my first stop!

Stand out meal in Seville, an absolute must and well worth the walk over to Tirana if you’re staying centrally. The decor in the restaurant is a little strange but the waiting staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, speak English and the whole place was full by 9pm with every table taken which gave the place a wonderful atmosphere. The food was exceptional. You know you’re in a great spot when each table is craning to see what the others have ordered and then ordering it themselves. We had a variety of starters, from anchovies on toast, cider cooked chorizo, monkfish and langoustine croquetas and patron peppers, all of which were delicious. The star of the show was the arroz negro with baby calamari and prawns, just phenomenal. We didn’t want the meal to finish. Highly recommend to anyone visiting this city.

Great service from our waiter. We had a reservation so we didn’t have to wait. The restaurant was very busy. We ordered the mixed croquettes which we very nice. Unfortunately, our main was absolutely terrible. We ordered the seafood paella. To be honest it looked like slop. Two prawns and not much seafood. Very salty flavour. After reading the glowing reviews for this place it was a major disappointment for us. Won’t be returning here.

A special shout out to Camilo who served us with a smile. What a hidden gem in Triana. We went for lunch on a Monday at 13:30. The Fried eggs on potatoes with sausage is a must. Fried battered prawns and the Seafood paella. Definitely recommend
