After checking out several days and staying in a much nicer hotel i would say, i could calm down from the overall dramatic disaster it happened to me during my stay in this hotel. This hotel is highly recommended by my company Continental, as one of the partners, it's reserved one month as part of my relocation plan in Hanover. All the front desk staff are super nice and kind. Unfortunately, i was so rude to be treated by their Head of House Cleaning Jennifer and she talked me like I'm a monkey and keep pointing her fingers to my face. When I escalated it to their Hotel Manager Frank, he misbehaved to protect her and not trust my words at all, saying he's not there. All of words are my perception and he even threat to call the policeman. I would wish the top management of this hotel could see my message: The hotel is wrongly led by him and all his staff apologized to me because of Jennifer's unprofessional behaviours. While, he didnt show enough respect to the hotel guest as a professional high management, esp i already pointed that Jennifer only talks to non-German speaker guests in this way. So, to all Chinese, please don't choose this hotel unless you want to face the unfriendly treatment. My HR in Continental called him to check what's going on and after the call, HR also suggest he should move out. So, very disappointing experience I would say. Frank is not the correct choice to lead and manage this nice hotel. This is all I want to say.
