Great spacious rooms, nice staff The only thing missing to this English themed bed and breakfast was a kettle, tea and milk. It felt odd having a kitchen that was fully empty and for the hotel to ask for an extra charge to be able to use their cups. Teabags, a kettle and milk would be nice to have

WOW! - I didn't really check the booking that I took. I just needed a room in Hanover for the weekend and you guys have left me impressed. I've never seen such an amazing room. You walk in with the intention of being in a normal room. Until you turn on the lights that is indeed the case. The ceilings are so high! At least 20ft! - Then they had a full kitchen in the room. Incredibly amazing! The breakfast was also very tasty. Two points are a bit iffy - Only one cushion and a small blanket - No warm meat offered at breakfast But for that room, it's something you can look past that. AMAZING!

I never leave reviews, but this service deserves a different reaction—it was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the breakfast is simply delicious, with organic products, fresh vegetables, pancakes, and more. The location is stunning, both the building itself and the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely want to return!

After checking out several days and staying in a much nicer hotel i would say, i could calm down from the overall dramatic disaster it happened to me during my stay in this hotel. This hotel is highly recommended by my company Continental, as one of the partners, it's reserved one month as part of my relocation plan in Hanover. All the front desk staff are super nice and kind. Unfortunately, i was so rude to be treated by their Head of House Cleaning Jennifer and she talked me like I'm a monkey and keep pointing her fingers to my face. When I escalated it to their Hotel Manager Frank, he misbehaved to protect her and not trust my words at all, saying he's not there. All of words are my perception and he even threat to call the policeman. I would wish the top management of this hotel could see my message: The hotel is wrongly led by him and all his staff apologized to me because of Jennifer's unprofessional behaviours. While, he didnt show enough respect to the hotel guest as a professional high management, esp i already pointed that Jennifer only talks to non-German speaker guests in this way. So, to all Chinese, please don't choose this hotel unless you want to face the unfriendly treatment. My HR in Continental called him to check what's going on and after the call, HR also suggest he should move out. So, very disappointing experience I would say. Frank is not the correct choice to lead and manage this nice hotel. This is all I want to say.

Great location! Just few minutes on the U from main station! Neighborhood is quiet and safe! The room was comfortable and front staff were great! I was surprised that I had to pay city tax after my booking had all being paid in advance and my only disappointment is that they offer this kitchen area that doesn’t have absolutely nothing. If you want to cook you need to pay deposit of €20 and €8 fee which is understandable however a kettle or even a complimentary water bottle would be nice to have! Also, floor has being poorly cleaned corners are all dusty so as the mirror in the bathroom.

Nice clean hotel.. Centre of city so easily accessible by tram

I have stayed here regularly visiting family since 2007 and it’s still my favorite place to stay in Hannover. I usually try to book the „apartment standard plus“ with a separate sleeping area. Since it is on the fourth floor it can get pretty hot up there in the summer since there is no AC. The location is convenient not far from the tram stop, breakfast buffet is very good (minus the fact that there is no decaf coffee), it is very clean and there are laundry facilities (for a charge). What more do you need? Would definitely recommend, especially for longer stays.

Friendly people, great location, clean rooms Too warm, no airco, also no fan is offered. Bed seems new, but way to firm, ouch.:(

This is the hotel I remember of, for my first business trip to Germany. The Building is an old factory in red bricks with a quite modern (and clean) interior design. The bedroom was a simple studio with everything needed. The breakfast was yummy! But what i liked the most was the key/machine at the reception :) It is also easy to park, quiet and affordable ****
