We ordered the fried whole trout, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. The trout was clearly fresh, as it’s sourced locally, and you could taste the difference.
The parsley potatoes and herb butter complemented the trout wonderfully, making for a perfectly balanced and satisfying meal. I learned that the manager has trout ponds nearby, and it’s clear he knows exactly how to cook it to perfection!
Highly recommended. The service was really good. We received the table as wished near the window, even though first proposed further back.
