Wow, a very rude waitress can make paying customers walk out! A group of five diners with a reservation were treated so rudely before even ordering that's what we did!
We had a reservation made earlier in the day, and were to be seated in the Wintergarten upon suggestion from the gentleman who took my call. When we arrived our table was inside, so I asked why that was. A huffy waitress, the same who came close to laughing at me when I asked if they had their own parking available, huffed and said she would just swap out another table. Ok...?
We waited a few minutes thinking she would bring us menus, but instead suddenly appeared wanting to take our order. I asked for their full menu, when she again huffed and told me that when customers sit in the Wintergarten they "usually" order from the placemat menu (about four chicken basket choices).
I told her that we had no way of knowing this "unwritten rule" as we were tourists. She snapped back, "Well excuse me, I didn't know that!" In a huff she left. So, in a huff we all walked out.
If all you want to eat is chicken and French fries, then knock yourself out, but I cannot say this is the place to do so. Wow!
