A Flüela Pass or Jörisee hike can perfectly be combined with a lunch here and their mountain staples such as the Alpine macaroni looked delicious indeed. Otherwise perfect for a quick pit stop for coffee and some Bündner nut cake. Overnight stay is also possible here giving a great starting spot for those nearby hikes.

Ask me about an example how to design a former alpine-pass horse-change-station and refuge into a gourmet temple - here it is. Authentic and value-for-money you hardly find in a top-notch destination. This is not your "touristic" place and you will be glad not to find tour groups (at least not for dinner), but locals. Where locals eat at a resort location the food is good and prices are appropriate. What we got was beyond imagination. Excellent local venison and deer. A fusion between Grison and Ticino cuisine and a wine list sparkling with trouvailles. Love in preparation, serving and everything these people do. One of the best kept secrets in the area.

We had a 30 minute layover here today with a Dutch tour group. We were excited to stop in such a picturesque location yet again in the Alps but later on our appreciation was dimmed. Neither myself nor my girlfriend wanted a tea or dessert during this short layover but certainly couldn't help but notice the high prices. My first issue here was I asked for the WiFi password and the older gentleman working there just brushed me off and couldn't be bothered. On this bus tour we had many coffee stops along the way in the Alps and not one employee ever behaved like this. Secondly, as we were outside another employee came out to tell us we needed to pay 2 euros for use of the restroom. This girl was not diplomatic in the way she approached us either. We were a little shocked to say the least, there were no signs indicating a fee, although we were familiar with this in Europe. So the staff at this B&B in our short experience was rude, and in addition, our bus driver asked the other 45 passengers on the bus how their experience was at this B&B (as he always did) and there was a loud chorus of "nays". No one liked this place. A place such as this is about "hospitality" and these two employees were anything but. Stay away from this one.

Spontaneous stop to have lunch turned out to be a culinary highlight. We had an outstanding chamois entrecôte accompanied by fabulous Pizokels. Also the children meal was very tasty. Cosy dining room.

Beautiful food, nice atmosphere, amazing kitchen. Small and cozy now very busy during the main season. Great for outdoor activities including Pischa skiing region just a couple of kilometers away. Wonderful for skitouring. Strong recommendation from me.

We arrived at about 16:00. Someone who looked like the chef of the restaurant was sitting outside conversing with 2| people. He welcomed us with looks of contempt and sultry. The receptionist Gabriella gave us the key to our room on the 3rd floor.|We found a small dark room with no tv. The promised wifi existed but connection was intermittent on the verge of impossible and a very uncomfortable and squeky bed. And, above all, electricity kept switching on and off.|We requested to leave. I agreed to pay half the rental price but my wife disagreed which led to shower of shouts and insults in german, italian and romanian. We were actually thrown out.|The place is completely incompatible with description on site and is most unrecommended.

Terrible service, unfriendly and rude. We just had a coffee and a desert which was almost uneatable. The owner told us to take it easy when we ordered another drink, there were only 4 other clients at the restaurant at this time. Never again.

good service. saved us a long way home, because the pass was closed, by recommending Vereina car train from Klosters to Scuol.
