Gasthof Einhorn Schaller

Great location, very friendly and amusing host. Breakfast had many options from various sliced cheese, ham, bread, jams, spreads, liver paste, honey, muesli, boiled eggs, cucumber, tomatoes, tea and coffee (and perhaps some more). Our room was an old school room, well kept and comfortable.

Family run hotel in the traditional style with lots of character. My single room was just fine and it had a nicely modernised bathroom. A private car park at the rear of the building is a great asset. I enjoyed a fine dinner here. Excellent food, beautifully presented and as good as you will get at twice the price. Highly recommended.

Very good stopping on our trip from Berlin to Italy by car. Establishment is nice and owner very kind. Our room is very large and even though a bit dated, clean and comfortable. Very good free parking space behind the hotel.

We stayed here in Jan 22 as my son was in hospital across the road after a skiing accident||The rooms are clean and tidy the food is very good, but the owner and staff so helpful with my wife while our son was in hospital. He picked my son up from hospital, took my wife to the pharmacy, sorted out PCR tests and booked taxis's.||The owner is so friendly and helpful and will go out of his way to help you.||I would recommend this hotel to anybody.||Thank you so much.

Genuine friendly staff who were very welcoming. Great food, excellent breakfast and clean comfortable rooms. Great location near town centre yet very quiet. Plenty to see and the staff printed off a guide to the town for us. Very Austrian Tirol decor and we would recommend this as good value for money and not far from Innsbruck with excellent train connections.

Rooms are clean and spacious (but a little bit on the older side). Staff is very welcoming, nice and helopful. The food is just great and traditional cuisine. It's within walking distance to the city center and historic sights in Schwaz. Absolutely recommended!

Visited the hotel with friends before a football game at the nearby stadium. Food and drinks were very good. Nice outside area. We were made very welcome. Toilets are very clean along with other areas of the establishment. Looking forward to returning next year.

Having stayed in bustling Vienna and Salzburg for several days, it was great to arrive at laid back Gasthof Einhorn Schaller in Schwaz for three days. Schwaz is a charming little town only 25km outside of hectic Innsbruck. The rooms are spacious, very clean, modern and well appointed. The owners are very helpful, the choice and quality of food at both breakfast and dinner are great, the beds are very comfortable. What else does one need for a pleasant holiday ?? Highly recommendable.
