Gastrohotel RH Canfali

From the moment you walk in you are met with warmth and friendliness. Excellent front desk service in a bright and airy environment. We booked a room with a sea view and balcony and what a beautiful room with the most outstanding view of the sea and Benidorm room 105 can be recommended clean spacious and all you could hear was the waves crashing on the rocks below it was so calming. The hotel is set directly between the new town and the old town so literally everything on the doorstep. The breakfast was served at your table which was very nice indeed…can I give a big shout out and a friendly hello to Marcelo what a delight to have him serve us our breakfast. Pop up onto the roof for a very relaxing afternoon sunshine and jacuzzi. Sadly the bar wasn’t open but no hardship going down to the restaurant for drinks. We had an issue with our safety deposit box in the room (due to the previous guest leaving with the key) the lock was promptly changed and new key issued by a very happy friendly member of the maintenance crew. All in all I have no hesitation in recommending the beautiful hotel set in a beautiful part of the crazy world of Benidorm. We will absolutely return and our visit has left us with fond happy memories. Congratulations to all the team xx

You know when you stay in a hotel and it’s so good you don’t want to tell anybody about it in case a glowing review reduced your chances of getting a vacancy next time? The RH Canfali is one of those and here I am stupidly writing a glowing report. I expect a discount next time.|Just a fabulous place. The best spot in Benidorm on the promontory between the old and new towns right on the edge of a cliff. Two minutes from Tapas Alley.|For years I was very snobby about Benidorm and this is my second visit, my first (with my partner) was at the Hotel Costablanca on the promenade and was not bad. The Canfali was way better.|Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Lovely breakfast served on a balcony overlooking the sea.|Particular mention to Marcella in the restaurant and Christian on Reception. These guys were very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. It was nice to meet you Señors.|There is a church just a few meters from the hotel. It rings the time every 15 minutes during the day (not at night). I found it charming and it didn’t bother me at all, but it’s worth knowing for those who are a bit grumpy about these things 🤓|If/when I go to Benidorm again I will book this hotel. Just please make sure that you don’t and leave it all for us.

This is an immaculate hotel in a quiet spot but close to all the amenities of the Old Town. The property is smart, light and airy and very clean. I arrived in the early hours of Friday morning and was greeted by Ismael who was wonderful! A great welcome and a credit to the Hotel. The rooms are basic but immaculate and linen and towels all great and a comfy bed. Windows are double glazed so no noise at night. The reasturant and terrace are beautiful as is the food although service a little slow at times the staff were excellent. The roof terrace was lao lovely but would benefit from opening the bar up there. Would highly recommend.

The hotel Canfali exceeded our expectations on a number of levels.but above all the staff are what really count at this Hotel. They were friendly courteous and professional nothing was too much trouble. The room we stayed in had a balcony with amazing views over Levante Beach and the island out at sea. The room was clean and spacious with good space for clothes ,the shower was great with optional rain shower head .The bed was super comfortable and afforded us a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a good list of options from full English, Mediterranean and healthy. We have no coffee machine at home and a little unsure how to use the coffee machine, so the friendly reception staff member offered us a quick demonstration on how to use the coffee machine in our room, He made it so easy to use, thanks.

Fantastic experience! ||The hotel staff were helpful and professional. ||Great attention to detail for guest comfort. It looks like the room has quadruple pain glass windows. It was noisy outside but nothing could be heard in the room.||The roof deck area has an amazing view and is a great place to relax.||The central location is perfect and allows you to enjoy two very different beaches.||Quite possibly the best healthy breakfast I've ever had!

My fourth time staying in this gem of a hotel - this time for eight nights. All the staff at Canfali - from the cleaners, to reception, to the restaurant and to maintenance - are impeccably professional, helpful and courteous. ||The hotel itself is perfectly located in the heart of the most picturesque and chilled part of Benidorm Old Town, right next door to the old church. The hotel’s best feature - apart from its cleanliness and comfort - is the magnificent breakfast experience on the balcony. Accompanied by the most perfect vistas and gentle sound of the Mediterranean, sampling breakfast at the Canfali is truly an experience to savour.

Treated ourselves to this hotel as it looked so nice. To be fair the room was lovely and you can't beat the views. The church bells didn't bother us at all as they were quiet.|We were disappointed that the roof top bar wasn't open as this was one of the things we were looking to enjoy. Apparently it doesn't open until July we were told.|Full English breakfast was not great. Food was cold. We had the Mediterranean and the continental breakfast as well which were both good but it was frustrating that we kept having to ask for things that were missing such as the yoghurt one day, the granola the next, sugar for our coffee etc.|Room was serviced every day but again things kept getting missed such as milk for coffee. The water in the mini bar wasn't replaced during our stay either.|Reception staff were very friendly and you can order a picnic to take away if you have an early flight.|Beds very comfy and hotel perfectly placed in the old town. However for the price we expected more.|Also people kept feeding the seagulls at breakfast which encouraged them. Maybe worth adding a sign asking guests to refrain from doing so.

We had a wonderful time and the hotel is so lovely and so clean. Marcos on reception was fantastic and helped us with our bags and parking. The breakfast was great and the views spectacular. We used the tub on the roof top and our friends who were at another hotel, thought the RH was fabulous.
