Gastrohotel RH Canfali

My second time stopping at RH Canfali and it won't be my last. This occasion was a 5 night stay with my wife and it was perfect. Christian on reception is a real asset to the hotel. His friendliness and attention to detail is perfect. We had a slight problem with our room and Christian dealt with it in a professional and timely manner. Also all the other staff were great, I just didn't get their names. The breakfast was lovely and there was enough options on the menu. The staff were helpful in changing and swapping a breakfast item for something else. Whilst the hotel is located in the Old town it is in an ideal location for exploring in either direction.

I went on summer vacation with my best friend in mid-July. The view we had from our balcony was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious, the room was perfect. The only thing is the cleaning service that sometimes don’t clean the room even tho we put the sign on the door. Beside that the staff is amazing!

We stayed here for 2 nights in December. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff are welcoming and can't do enough for you. The location is perfect - next to a lovely little beach to the right and the main beach to the left (both just a few minutes walk). The views are incredible. We were lucky to be able to sit outside and enjoy the views in the beautiful sunshine at breakfast (which was the best we've had). This should be a 5* hotel without a doubt.

Had a fabulous 4 days with my daughter staying here at the end of October. We had breakfast included which was delicious plenty of choice and generous portions. Room was slightly small but modern and had everything we needed. The staff were the nicest I've ever encountered in a hotel. From reception to breakfast team to housekeeping they all were very accommodating and reception were so helpful in advising on day trips and ordering taxis for us. We will definitely be returning keep up the amazing work and thankyou for one of my best holidays ever.

I am not sure where to start. Perfect in all aspects. Location on the edge of old town looking out on to the sea is perfect. The room is perfect. And the balcony amazing. I can see the sunrise without leaving my bed. The cleanliness is perfect. The ambience is perfect. That brings me to the food. I had high hopes with a name like gastro hotel. Oh my. The food is simply wonderful and the service is perfect. We have been made to feel like we were royalty. This hotel has absolutely got it right.

This hotel is simply fabulous, all staff are professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble, they all went the extra mile to make our stay perfect! The restaurant was top notch and the service was faultless. The room was immaculate and overlooking the sea. From checking in with Cristian to everyone in the bar/dining room they were all a credit to this hotel. The best stay we have had here, as everything exceeded our expectations! On the whole, a lovely hotel in a perfect location in the Old Town. Very modern on the inside with the central atrium and glass lift whilst maintaining the original external style. We had a lovely sea/beach view with balcony from our room, however I could only imagine the rooms at the back of the hotel could be noisy because of the bars in the street below, particularly on the lower floors. Our room was modern and simply furnished, however very sufficient. The bed was very comfortable too. We even had an opening window in the shower! All the reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, however breakfast service was a bit random at times. We sat for a good 30-minutes one morning before anyone came and took our order, meanwhile, elsewhere people around us were being seated and orders taken almost immediately. The al la carte breakfast was always good and freshly prepared, however portion sizes and even ingredients varied day to day, depending who was in the kitchen it would appear. Despite these issues, we loved our stay in Benidorm, the hotel and the facilities it offered although we never got to use the jacuzzi, and in a perfect location, Would we stay again should we return to Benidorm? Yes, possibly.

From the moment we walked through the doors we felt that nothing was too much trouble.|Our room wasn’t the most luxurious we’ve ever had but the view & cleanliness certainly made up for it. |Nice Nespresso machine,toiletries and freshly laundered linen| BREAKFAST - was our favourite time of the day. The VIEW was excellent the service was Exceptional,Beyond the usual, truly outstanding. All staff were great but Marcello was another level if I’m honest. Wine knowledge, The ability to systematically describe, and evaluate a wine's complexity, aromas, flavours.. The ability to make a customer feel like they love their job. So many people lack these skills. In the words of Marcello LETS GO !!! |Also the breakfast was great. So much variety something for everyone. |The evening meal I think could be more varied especially the desserts… mind we stayed for several days on half board basis |two or three days you’d find it more than adequate. |Would we return ABSOLUTELY. |Would we recommend ABSOLUTELY
