We walked around quite a bit before choosing but what lured us in was their soup choices. And boy were we not let down. I had the onion soup and it's been far the best one I've had. Normally they are very liquid but here they a very creamy version slightly sweeter than average. My wife had the ribolita and it was also very good but I'm not as much of a fan of ribolata as onion soup so can't give much of an opinion. Their ravioli cacio e pepe were really good and a nice change of pace to Tuscan food. And their wine are so cheap it's kind of silly. A Rosso montepulciano is 20€

The “pasta Fresca” was delicious! We did takeaway and it was so good! Service was 11/10, very pleasant people! Very nice experience! 🍝😍 Buonissimo!

Renome of the restaurant gave us an idea of how delicious the meals would be but nothing could have prepared us for the sheer amount of portions we would encounter.

Good place to eat but watch your bill, the fellow there will pretend to treat you like a king then he'll give it to you.

Eating here has been the highlight of our trip. This place provides a unique and fun experience for their customers - there is no menu but rather many freshly made items behind a deli counter. You can choose from a variety of their homemade pastas to pair with any of their delicious sauces, along with many other main courses such as beef and pork. After selecting your items, the chefs cook them on the spot for you to watch. We tried numerous things and each was more delicious than the last. Don’t miss out on the house wine! We ordered a glass with food and ended up leaving with 4 bottles to take home. In addition to the excellent food, every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and humorous. Though we are not staying in Arezzo and only took a day trip here, we be returning this trip solely to eat here again.

Perfect restaurant if you're looking for handmade Pasta in Arezzo. The food and staff is amazing! A must do if you search for super delicious Italian food!!

We were so fortunate to have stumbled upon this gem! The food was absolutely exquisite and the chef was wonderful in explaining the options of dishes that they could provide. If ever in Arezzo again, we would absolutely go back!

Great little gem right in Piazza San Francesco in the center of Arezzo. Very courteous staff present the daily offerings under the counter downstairs, ranging from great cheeses and salumi, to fresh pastas with a variety of condiments, to meat and vegetable dishes. Place your order downstairs and then take the ticket upstairs to sit in the charming little dining room for table service. Good selection of local wines, either by the bottle or carafe. Also popular among the locals for picking up meals to take home. Open for lunch most days, but usually only on Friday and Saturday evening for dinner. Good price for the quality. Un gioiello in Piazza San Francesco nel Centro Storico di Arezzo. Lo staff molto cortese presente il meno del giorno sotto il banco che va da salumi e formaggi, a pasta con varie condimenti, a carne e verdure. Ordina nel piano terra e poi prendere il biglietto e salire sopra nella saletta incantevole per servizio a tavola. Selezione buona di vini locale sia in bottiglia che a caraffe. Cibo anche da portare via. Aperto a pranzo spesso ma a cena di solito solo il venerdì e sabato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

This in one of the most amazing places I've been in Italy, from Rom to Milan and Florence. It has the typical magic of the little family run restaurants filled with pride and tradition, taken care of every single dish and doing it with the best local seasonal ingredients. The owner and his family are always there making sure everything is top notch! Beware when coming to a place like Arezzo, the close most of the day :)) they will open for a couple of hours and close at 1pm or 2pm (9 out 10 places) and then open at 7pm for four hours. Plan accordingly and make you place with it. I grantee, you will eat like royals! (This applies to most businesses, clothing, restaurants and everything in between.

Although the entrance might deceived you, a local delicatessen store, at 1F there are 2 very stylish Italian Renaissance rooms with tables: menu a la carte and/or from the delicatessen buffet give you a huge choice. Careful as plates are huge as Italian style demand ;) worth food quality for quantity and money!
