Don’t get your heart too set on any particular pastry, because the selection changes not just seasonally, but daily, depending on what’s fresh and available in the area. The savory crostatas are a standout. In summer, you might get one filled with locally grown zucchini, caramelized onions, and artisan gouda. The version with roasted cherry tomatoes is sensational.
