This was fun! It’s a little pricey but so is everything else in Gatlinburg. The views were awesome. The ride on the ski lift up the mountain looked a lot steeper from the ground. It was a fun ride up and down. The skybridge is a nice walk with great views. The center of the bridge is glass and the you can look straight down at the ground. It has 6 huge cables and 4 more angled to the sides. It still sways and bounces especially at the center. When you get to the other side, there’s chairs on the patio to sit and enjoy the views. They have food and drinks available. We were here in November so it wasn’t crowded.

Google
The Skybridge park was awesome! There was plenty of seating and gorgeous views! The restrooms were close by and there was plenty of libations available for the adults that wanted to go up the mountain, they had local drafts and regular ole beers, something for everybody.

Google
A great place to see the trees and explore atop the mountain... places to sit and enjoy the view, firepits, walking trails, food and beverage, too. Going across on the sky ridge was fun and not too scary...even managed the clear section of the bridgd, once my brain learned that I was supported.

Google
Absolutely incredible, breathtaking views! The ride in the ski lift up the mountain was just as fun. The center of the bridge is the only area where you can look straight down at the ground through the floor of the bridge. It does bounce pretty good if you try to stand in the center of the bridge. When you get to the other side, you can enjoy some food and drinks in the shade, if your lucky, it gets very crowded, and the prices are high.

James J.

Google
My wife, friend and I finally got to walk across this awesome bridge. Views from the top are breathtaking! It was a cloudy day. Rained all week but bridge didn't disappoint. Tickets are pricey but worth it. Plenty of places to sit and food smelled really good. If we had not already eaten at a pancake house, we probably would have bought a smash burger.

Google
I had such a GREAT experience here! It was honestly so much better than Anakeesta, and I loved that we could bring our pup with us. The whole visit felt peaceful and enjoyable — a perfect choice if you don’t have kids. I’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for beautiful views and a more relaxed, dog-friendly atmosphere!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A once-in-a-lifetime view you’ll never forget! SkyPark in Gatlinburg isn’t just an attraction — it’s an experience that stays with you long after you leave. The moment you step onto the SkyLift and rise above the town, the Smoky Mountains unfold in front of you like a painting. Reaching the SkyBridge feels surreal — walking across the glass panels in the middle is thrilling yet peaceful, with the mountains stretching endlessly around you. What truly makes SkyPark special is the combination of adventure and serenity. The evening lights from downtown Gatlinburg sparkle below while the mountain silhouettes glow in the sunset. The SkyTrail adds a perfect touch of exploration, and every viewpoint feels designed for that perfect photo moment. The staff are friendly, the facilities spotless, and the atmosphere is pure magic — especially if you visit close to sunset when the colors shift from golden to deep blue. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple, or with family, SkyPark is the heart of Gatlinburg’s beauty — a must-visit that captures the soul of the Smokies.

Google
The view is astonishing, however a little pricey compared to what you have to purchase in order to have fun. Every ticket is separated so per person be ready to spend at least $60, not including food or drinks. For you/us smokers make sure you smoke enough before going up. You will find a "Please NO SMOKING" sign every few feet apart. I had my fun and enjoyed the stay.
google avatar

Jeremy J.

Yelp
Walking the SkyBridge was equal parts thrilling and beautiful. From the moment we stepped onto the bridge, the views were breathtaking--mountains rolling endlessly into the distance, with Gatlinburg tucked below like a cozy little toy town. The bridge itself is solid, but just enough sway to remind you you're walking on air. And that glass section in the middle? Let's just say it separates the brave from the brave-pretenders (we all did it, though--eventually!). The whole experience was well worth the ticket. Clean, well-managed, and photo ops galore. Highly recommend going around sunset if you can--the golden light across the Smokies is something you won't forget. Whether you're conquering your fear of heights or just soaking in the view, this place is a must-do in Gatlinburg!

Yelp
The Gatlinburg Skypark is home to Gatlinburg's original skylift ride. It also includes the sky bridge that spans across a valley and includes a glass section of the bridge that allows you to look straight down into the mountain valley. After making the short ride up the mountain, you'll have your photo taken as you reach the very top in the skylife so make sure to smile on the way up! At the top of the mountain you'll find a gift shop, restaurant with burgers, the skybridge that gives the park its name, and a short trail around the park. The bridge affords you beautiful views of the mountains (and on the day we went it was overcast and drizzling so mountains were particularly "smoky") The bridge was a nervewracking experience to #passtheglass but I would definitely do it again! The grated section of the bridge honestly was way worse than the glass covered section. After about an hour we were ready to make our way back down the mountain because rain was moving in. While I enjoyed the bridge and the ride up, as others have echoed it definitely was not worth the $40 price tag that accompanies the experience. I don't see myself making my way back as it is definitely a one and done kin of thing (but the views are definitely nice).

Yelp
For $80 and change for two people this was extremely disappointing and a price gouge. You ride an old ski lift up and down this hill for an overlook with smashburgers and limited drinks. The sky bridge is cool as it is a nice walk across the valley and has great views. There is also a tower in the back that goes up about 70ft with similar views. Save your money and check out Anakeesta or go to Ober mountain.
google avatar

Xee V.

Yelp
We purchased tickets online and arrived right when they opened in the morning. The views were absolutely breathtaking! The park is well-maintained, peaceful, and a perfect spot to take in the beauty of Gatlinburg.
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing views of the Great Smokey Mountains from about 500-600' above Gatlinburg TN. In another month the fall colors will be coming out for the most beautiful views
google avatar

Alexis B.

Yelp
The views from here are like absolutely nothing else. I would recommend getting the pass to pass the line so you get on quicker. You have to walk the trails! The bridge is so cool but it isn't as much glass as I thought it would be.
google avatar

Drashti T.

Yelp
This was a wonderful experience to enjoy the Smokey mountains this summer. We bought the tickets online which saved us time for the entrance. We went right when it open so it wasn't that crowded. The skylift was exciting and fun to look forward to the top. The view was breathtaking. There was plenty of seating and viewing. The SkyBridge was a fun experience to cross. They had a glass section which was a bit scary but enjoyable. They had many different trails to do with different levels. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend
google avatar

Valerie G.

Yelp
If you are scared of heights, do not go here. We actually ended up giving my mom's ticket away because she said hell no lol and waited for us at the bottom. My kids loved it. The actual sky bridge has a glass part too, which was scary but cool. The bridge sways, so again if you're scared of heights you will not like this. There's also trails, which we don't do bc they were already exhausted after climbing the tower. There's a restaurant open on the other side of the bridge. Also a brewery but it hasn't been opened yet.
google avatar

Mal A.

Yelp
A must try for everyone & their families. Staff were amazing and it is such a wonderful experience. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends.
google avatar

Dave T.

Yelp
Great chair lift park. With a suspension bridge. At the top there's a gift shop. On the other side of the suspension bridge are natural trails that wonder back and fourth in the woods. There are also 2 small restaurants that you can order from a takeout window. There will soon be a third restaurant according to a banner we saw. We did the bobcat trail which was a short one and we really enjoyed it. Very clean and well kept.
google avatar

Alicia V.

Yelp
Beautiful views, fun ride up & down the mountain. Bridges were fun to cross. Weather was perfect.

Sandy S.

Yelp
Was very nervous about the chairlift part. But after a few minutes was able to relax & enjoy the amazing view. We even saw a bear below on the way up. Walked the skybridge both ways. Had a blast. Would definitely do this again. Nightly recommend.
google avatar

Oliver T.

Yelp
Yeah, it's a little pricey for this place, but considering how expensive everything is everywhere else, I'd rather spend the money here than elsewhere. Also, bring your own drinks and food and avoid paying for the high prices at their shop. No need to buy their pictures either and just take your own pictures. As a photographer, I found there were lots of opportunities for photos. Next time I'd like to come at night to take some photos.
google avatar

Clara A.

Yelp
Loved the experience, loved the view. Friendly staff. Wish I bought the all day pass so I could go back for the sunset.
google avatar

Lauren M.

Yelp
Pricey. Great views. Gatlinburg is super touristy but this was an attraction I wanted to not miss out on. We bought passes online the week before which gets you a slight discount and you get to "skip the line" for which there was no line when we went. The views are incredible. The top has overpriced gifts, food and drinks but I enjoyed paying for it all. You can take your beer around the whole place also. Would recommend!

Katie W.

Yelp
Prices were extremely inflated at the top considering I paid $36 to go. No bathrooms at the ground even for paying customers. We had to walk a block down the road to find one. They tried to charge us for a cup of water at the top on a 90+ degree day when both of us were feeling heat sick. Then the water tasted like plastic. The view was gorgeous. The sky bridge was the only good part, we skipped the rest. Also, they do not offer parking so you have to pay $20 if you want to park close. Thankfully we found an $8 a little further away.
google avatar

Krisa T.

Yelp
What to do while not hiking at the neighboring national park Smoky Mountains? According to YouTube, Gatlinburg is the go-to town. While everything in town screams tourist, I thought it would be worth it to go up the skylift at SkyPark for the views and for the glass bridge that's highly advertised. Both the lift, glass bridge, and views were fun but that's it. I never liked paying for things especially if its touristy but since I'm already there, why the heck not even if it was pricey. It's just for the views. The park does have a pass option for multiple rides on the lift which is a good option to leave and come back throughout the day. There are food and drink options at the top which is nice to enjoy with the views. There is also entertainment at certain hours throughout the day which makes it a little bit more enjoyable after spending a whole 30 minutes or less seeing all the attractions.
google avatar

Hannah D.

Yelp
I got the sky pass online which I highly recommend, I had it ready on my phone and then when I got there I was able to go directly to the lift and get on, plus with this pass you're able to go multiple times throughout the day and you can show up anytime during business hours. It was beautiful and definitely worth it to get a good view of the Smoky Mountains. Then you can walk across the Sky Bridge which is super cool, but not fun if you're scared of heights, Once you get across there's a little restaurant, food is decent but nothing special. This attraction is also surrounded by tons of other tourist activities so there is plenty to do in this town. They also send you an instructional video on how to get on and off the lift, WATCH IT! It helps the process go smoothly.
google avatar

Joshua A.

Yelp
Great experience, it was amazing to see. Chair lift up, optional hike and great food at the new SmashBurger place. Only downside is the cost of the park; don't know if it is worth the $60 something. $40 maybe, but with parking at $20, it got expensive fast...
google avatar

Jeremiah U.

Yelp
The Gatlinburg Skypark was a good experience for the quick view of the surrounding area. The gift shop and souvenirs are located on the bottom and top of the mountain. *Important to know. The restrooms are located on the top of the mountain.* To capture the memories, SkyPark provides you and your group pictures before you take the lift and while on the lift. Once at the top, you and your group can enjoy the view, purchase food, and lounge. As there is only one way to the scenic platform at the moment, SkyPark is constructing a new path for their customer to take a longer way around the mountain. The staff is friendly and welcoming. SkyPark is also well maintained and clean.
google avatar

Hayli Z.

Yelp
There are a lot of different mountain trams in the area but we decided on this one. It's still under construction on the other side of the bridge where they have plans to add a restaurant and a shop, I think once those are added it will be worth it. The sky bridge is cool but scary - at least for me. If you're scared of heights skip this one, it's a LONG bridge and you can feel the movements. I like that they decorated everything for Christmas so that was cute. They have a gift shop on one side and the chair lift was a nice view of the City but the tulip tower wasn't lit up so you couldn't see anything and it closes early. The think the price was higher getting it there, plus parking in their lot is $20. It was okay, but I wouldn't do it again. Next time I'd probably try Anakeesta, I think they have more things.
google avatar

Joy D.

Yelp
It was fun but it was really expensive. Some of the reviews said they spent all day here. We stayed for 2 hours and we did everything they had to do. It is amazingly beautiful and I would go again . Just wish it wasn't quite as expensive
google avatar

Katherine W.

Yelp
One of the best views on the Smokey mountains. I like that the middle of the bridge had a glass bottom. I can't wait until they have more food options at the top. The only down side is there is no bathroom at the bottom before you get on the sky lift.
google avatar

David H.

Yelp
(2022) The gondola ride is very fun and probably the best part. The shop at the top is pricey but convenient to get out of the cold or hot outdoors. The SkyBridge is pretty and fun to walk across but as the main attraction I don't see it being worth $30 a person. The new sky trail is a gravel trail with a few lights for Christmas. The SkyLift Park is something we like to do every time but the prices suggest there should be more. Anakeesta is a better deal and our favorite whenever it is actually open (only weekends in January and February) (2024) Editing my review after my 4th visit. This time most of the sky path and the other side of the bridge were closed for construction. The only way this reflected in pricing was for the DRINKS. The tickets should have been discounted. My wife and I as well as people we encountered on the bridge said this is by far the worst value of Ober, Anakeesta, SkyLand Ranch, and the SkyPark. The ticket, gift shop, and photo prices are outrageous.
google avatar

Kristen G.

Yelp
My number one tip is to buy your tickets online!!!!! The line you see will be to buy tickets, you get to cut that line if you purchase them on the website, just walk up and show your phone! Lovely experience, beautiful view!! Had to knock it down a star because I feel like the ticket was. Lot of money!
google avatar

Javin H.

Yelp
Customer Service at the ticket center is terrible. Why are the workers yelling at paying customers? I am old enough to know how to stand in line and approach a counter and frankly do not appreciate being treated like a child by someone who does not know me. Your main job is customer service, please get better at it.
google avatar

John H.

Yelp
Great views and friendly staff. Snack bar at the top, but not really a 'meal' kind of place. They have the requisite water and ponchos for both those needs. Nice area outside to wait out the almost inevitable rain or heat...nicely shaded. Also, quite a bit of indoor space. Ride up and down is smooth and scenic. Nice views from the top and quite a bit to see up there that means you can spend an hour or two easily.

Jill B.

Yelp
The views were amazing and we enjoyed the hiking, relaxing, and thrill of the many cable bridges. Would recommend walking shoes to facilitate the necessary amount of walking to fully experience the park.
google avatar

Scooter C.

Yelp
Not wheelchair accessible. They won't even allow me to take my custom manual wheelchair up with me (it collapses down and can easily be secured to a chair or seat). They allegedly have heavy metal generic wheelchairs at the top...... that's not accessibility
google avatar

Patrick H.

Yelp
The Gatlinburg SkyPark is a must see. The chairlift ride to the top is peaceful and you feel safe. Once at the top, the views are breathtaking. I have to admit that I was nervous walking across the sky bridge at first, but when my nine and 11 year-old ventured across; I knew I had to do it and I am so glad I did. The view from the middle was amazing. Make sure you also check out the lookout tower at the back of the sky park. You get great views of the sunset and the sky bridge. We will definitely be back
google avatar

Deseree C.

Yelp
The bridge and scenic views are amazing, giving 4 stars for the simple fact the prices are on the more expensive side.
google avatar

Kirsten J.

Yelp
Amazing! Even tho it's quite pricey to go up to the sky bridge - it is totally worth it! A chair lift takes you up the mountain in a relaxing ride. Once you are in top of the mountain views are breathtaking!!! We went across the bridge twice and even stopped on the glass platform to take pictures. The sky park also offers a small trail, and play area for the kids along the mountain, a gift and snack shop. All is us plopped down in one of the comfortable chairs after walking across the bright and enjoyed the stunning view!
google avatar

Judy C.

Yelp
Gatlinburg is cute little town to visit if you're in the area. Gatlinburg SkyPark was on a must do list when I looked up the top things to do while in Pidgeon Forge. It's about a 15-20 minute drive over. We weren't sure how the weather was going to be with Hurricane Helene just passing over the weekend. We arrived early and it was a bit foggy. The lift ride up the mountain was very cool. You get to the top and the views were amazing. Aside from the SkyBridge walk there was also a Tulip Tower that you could walk to and explore. It provided a brief history of the fire that burnt down the SkyBridge and how it was rebuilt within 6 months. It's something different to do and runs about $40 pp (adult including tax). There is also a hiking trail there but we skipped it due to the muddy trails from the heavy rain over the weekend. We spent about an hour there but you could just hang there. They have areas with chairs for you to lounge at your leisure and take in the views. They also have outdoor games for some free entertainment for you and your family. The staff were all friendly. They are also building a restaurant up there so that should be really exciting. Would love to come back after they open up the expansion.
google avatar

Shellye K.

Yelp
Super fun and exciting view.the service was fast.and the ride up and down was very smooth
google avatar

Allyson M.

Yelp
This is an absolute awesome place to visit. The views at the top of the Crocket mountain were beautiful. There are 2 cable bridges, games to play an eatery and lots of Adirondack chairs to relax and chill and take in the sights. You can easily spend a few hours here overlooking Gatlinburg. I so recommend this place for those who are able to take a lift up the mountain, walk up stairs(there are quite a few) and not afraid of heights. I do not believe it's wheelchair assessable, unfortunately .
google avatar

Anita W.

Yelp
I've seen pictures of the Skylift at night and I would one day love to experience that, but we went through the daytime and it was just as beautiful! Lines were a little long to get on the lift, but it went by pretty quick Very cold in early fall, winds can get chilly during the day. Lots to do once you get to the top. Gift shop and food are available. Hiking trails at the top of the mountain, and great scenic views for photos! Friendly service from the bottom to the top of the bridge! Our family had a great time
google avatar

Joe R.

Yelp
Well, it was cool, but not blow my socks off cool. Walking down the bridge was kinda fun the first time... and then it lost the edge. Personally I wouldn't waste my money here and you should go to the National Park instead. The bridge offers good views but not gonna lie it's not much
google avatar

Jacob D.

Yelp
The views were beautiful! The bridge and hike were a must do in Gatlinburg but we thought it was slightly overpriced. With that being said we are very glad we did it, but it might be a one time thing for us.
google avatar

Ethan L.

Yelp
Pricing is very steap was expecting maybe 10$ per a person to find out it's 38$ per person. Just seemed like there wasn't much to do when your up there.
google avatar

Ashlyne T.

Yelp
Simply amazing!!!!!!! If you love nature, not scared of heights and if you are, close your eyes till you reach the top lol. Great views of Gatlinburg Tn
google avatar

Malisa R.

Yelp
My second trip to Gatlinburg is when I pulled the trigger to check out the sky bridge. So worth it! It's a little expensive, but the view is gorgeous! If you purchase tickets one day in advance online, you can save $5, avoid the lines, and ride the skylift unlimited number of times on the day of use. Bonus! If you're afraid of heights, this at not be your thing. I'm afraid of heights, but was totally fine. The bridge was scary over the glass portion, but I was totally fine. The views are amazing! You can see most of Gatlinburg and all the nature surrounding the city. We even saw a bear cub walking down the trail. We hoped to see momma bear, but that didn't happen. There are hiking trails and tulip point for views of the bridge is too scary. It's about $32/person to ride up. Totally worth it for me!
google avatar

Shane J.

Yelp
This was a cool tourist spot to take a break and check out the views of 'The Smokey Mountains'! The cost is $37 for a lift ride ride and to walk the bridge (Lil Pricey)! The scenery is spectacular, but if you are afraid of heights..think about it because you are high up there! Haahaa Halfway point on the bridge is a glass bottom..pretty cool! I enjoyed this attraction and I think you might too!
google avatar

Christopher P.

Yelp
Once you get to the far side of the bridge, you are presented with the opportunity to hike some fairly short but interesting unpaved trails through the woods, some of which have cool sculptures and art along the trail. One of these trails is a set of switchbacks that takes you down, down, down to a parking lot across the street. As our group reached the bottom of this trail, we turned around and headed back up, only to be accosted by an officious woman with a bullhorn screaming at us to "get off the mountain." We hadn't left the trail, hadn't left the park, hadn't done anything we shouldn't have done, hadn't gone anywhere we shouldn't have gone, we were valid ticket holders, etc. Bullhorn lady demanded to see our tickets. I asked this woman if she worked for the park and she only replied that "my husband is the manager here." I asked her a second time whether SHE worked for the park, and she somewhat sheepishly showed me her employee ID badge. I pulled out my phone and showed her my ticket, and we were able to de-escalate the situation. She explained that they were having a problem with people going up that trail without buying tickets. Okay, I can see why that's a problem, but (1) that's a problem for them, not for me, and (2) you cannot solve the problem of people not paying by harassing customers who did everything correctly. And "my husband is the manager here ..." ugh. Like I'm supposed to show my ticket on demand to anyone who deigns to pull rank like that, and can't be bothered to show her own credentials even when prompted? Come on. My advice would be to skip this place. Employees simply do not have any idea how to treat their customers with respect.
google avatar

Miguel A.

Yelp
If you are near pigeon Forge you have to come check it out. You go up the gondola and then it has the bridge with a couple glass squares so you can see down and take pictures. Then you get to the mountain side and take more pictures of how amazing it is. It's a must do attraction
google avatar

Walt N.

Yelp
We rode the chairlift up on a cold and rainy morning, so that kind of put our spirits down a little bit. The views from the top are very good, but not amazing - It was fun to look at the town below, but I would have been happier if there were more mountain vistas. The bridge across the ravine was fun - definitely not for those afraid of heights. It was very stable, although it did bounce up and down slightly. The gift shop and snack bar at the top were very touristy and left a lot to be desired. It is definitely a fun family activity - just watch your kiddo's if they are wanderers...
google avatar

John B.

Yelp
It's underwhelming. It's ok overpriced. You will pay around $90 for 2 to just walk over a suspended bridge . Yes you can see Gatlinburg from the top but it's not worth it to me.
google avatar

Hang L.

Yelp
Really good experience, we went up here around 2pm and stayed right until after sunset 5:30pm because it was getting cold and fast. There isn't a whole lot to do up there so I am not sure why people get the unlimited pass but unless you want to take multiple rides up and go eat downtown then go back up, I think the one way pass is sufficient. Food available on top are: hotdogs, pizza, nacho, chili, beer and chips. There's only one fireplace!! Which is annoying cause there's about 8-10 chairs and they stay full most of the time.
google avatar

Rebecca R.

Yelp
Such a beautiful view! The skybridge was so cool to walk across, and the glass bottom section was crazy to walk over! It was a very memorable part of our Tennessee trip! You have to stop by!
google avatar

Sarah N.

Yelp
Worth the wait and price. The views are one of a kind and there's three different attractions all in one (sky lift, sky trail, sky bridge). Sky lift takes you up the mountain, it's just like a ski lift, easy on and easy off! Sky trail was super pretty you get to see underneath sky bridge, it has tulip tower there and a bunch of facts about the wildfires in 2016. Sky bridge my ultimate favorite (it's sturdy so don't panic!) I suggest standing right in the middle on the glass and getting a picture! Will definitely be coming back.
