Little underwhelming, expected to see a lot of gators in their natural habitat . The 30 minute boat ride was truly scenic but we managed to see just one gator throughout the ride which was disappointing. The show that followed was approx 15 minutes with the host quite entertaining . Beyond that there was nothing to do, so had to rethink the 50 min drive down there just to spend 30 min of swamp view and 15 min of a show all completed under the hour. Was it worth it? Would i recommend it? No, unless you have nothing to do and want to tan in the swamp.

Today we went to gatorpark, and I can tell you it was AMAZING! We saw a lot of alligators, one very close! Very cool! I loved the fast speed part of the tour! We are from the Netherlands, so we had no idea how this would turn out, but it was awesome. And what a great show! John did a really good job on this! Very funny! Great guy! It was very funny how he took my phone to take a video with the alligators. We will definitely remember this amazing tour and show! Thanks, Gator Park!"

Google
I like this place. The staff are friendly, and the best part is that it is an educational place for us to learn about wildlife and alligators, rather than having animals to show you something like other places, so I respect that. Recommend visiting if you need a close place for an airboat tour near Miami with just an hour drive

Google
Loved the airboat tour, our guide was knowledgeable and funny! We saw quite a few alligators and some other animals! The show after was a favorite of our whole vacation, all the kids loved it! Totally worth the price, great little family outing!

Google
From the moment we stepped on to the airboat it was very exciting and our tour guide was entertaining. He was a wealth of knowledge that he shared with us. I loved it and will definitely comeback or recommend you to others.

Google
We had a really cool time at Gator Park! The airboat ride lasted about 30 minutes – we only saw two alligators, but the ride itself was super fun and totally worth it. After that, there was a show where the guide explained a lot about the animals, introduced the alligators by name, and answered some interesting questions. You could tell he really cared and knew a lot. We paid $40 per person, and for what we got, it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

It's an experience that you have to do while in Miami. First compliment to the captain if the air-plane boat, his driving skill is like a sport car driver, drafting left and right in the wet land. Then to the local guide who tells us everything we need to know about alligators and crocodiles.

We visited on a Friday afternoon in late Dec 2024. We purchased our tickets online. Multiple sources said they get busy over winter break. I don't know if they sell out or you just have to wait your turn. We were on a tight schedule coming from a Boat Tour in Flamingo that morning and had our Shark Valley Tram Tour after our visit here at Gator Park. We arrived to a packed parking lot. We drove pretty far back to find a spot. There are no lines on the ground so you kind of try to fit in where you can. Directions weren't very clear but people standing in line told us we had to go into the shop to check in. The shop was pretty full of people but the line moved quickly. We go to the front and told them our tickets were purchased online. They had to look up our ticket order individually. I vaguely recall not getting any kind of confirmation number or anything. We had to provide the relative date we purchased them so they could look it up. They were able to find our order but it seemed like a pretty in efficient system. I'm not sure what recourse we would've had if they couldn't find it. With tickets in hand we went to line up outside. The line was almost to the entrance area and we were concerned about timing but the line moved quick. I don't think we waited more than 20-30 mins before it was our turn. I saw a number of reviews complaining about the length of the ride so I decided to time it and took pictures of my watch. The ride in total was just over 30 mins. That included us waiting in line on the waterway for other airboats to take turns going through etc. So there was quite a bit of sitting around. Our driver tried to keep us entertained and told jokes and threw out nature facts. We may have been more impressed had we not just done our sailing trip with the Biscayne Institute, boat tour and guided van tour with Everglades Institute. We got to sit in the second row, which was probably best as the first row had a windshield/screen but was opaque and cloudy. I assume sun damage overtime. I let the kids sit on the sides so they could see and my wife and I sat in the center. It started to rain as our ride started. It wasn't too bad and it stopped right about when we were done. We didn't mind getting wet as we've done "stupider" things when it was raining on vacation. The ride itself went something like this: you go straight down the first water way (which is also where you will return). You stop and wait in a line and turn right. This turn is where your driver will go full fan mode and you do the fun speedy part. The boat will go fast and you'll drift doing turns in the water. Then you'll slow down and driver will talk about nature stuff or make jokes. Then it's basically just a slow ride back to the entrance. Overall take for the airboat ride was that it was fine. A lot of people say it isn't worth the cost. If you've been to the Everglades NP sites already with the visit centers and hiked trails or done tours, you have to think of this as just a cost for an airboat ride. So if you're okay paying what they are asking for an airboat experience then you're good. I'm not sure the jokes or nature facts were worth it. We did see 2 baby alligators near the entrance and that was it. The wildlife show okay. They show you a number of different animals which was cool. They had a scorpion and parrot which was hysterical. Also a frog that they made an audience member kiss. It was cool to see alligators up close without a glass pane in the way. The presenter Tom did a good job but his voice was a little horse and/or soft spoken. We waited about 15 mins from when our airboat tour ended before the next wildlife show began. Bottom line, I wouldn't do this again. It was worth it to me for that airboat experience. I can see where people may have been disappointed but having had read the reviews beforehand, I was able to set expectations and know what I was paying for. There were many airboat options driving down 41. Gator Park had the best price I could find for what we wanted.

Yelp
Check another item off my bucket list! Ever since I watched "Flipper" as a kid, I wanted to take an air boat ride in the Everglades!!! What a riot, going fast, spinning turns, and seeing tropical animals! Wow!! Also, the post-ride wildlife show is amazing, and very funny!!! I can't wait to do this again!!!

Yelp
It's a amazing experience through the Everglades 10/10. It's 100%worth it, you won't have another experience in any other state in the US. The Skippers are incredibly nice and well trained. Lastly there is a reptile show where they show you alligators up close and personal.

Yelp
Fun experience, both the boat ride and the show! Easy access to the park, not too overwhelming experience, but gives you a feeling of the Everglades

Yelp
Very, very happy with our choice of this park to learn about the gators and other wildlife in Southern Florida and the Everglades. Entry included an airboat tour of the surrounding swamp and (hopefully) wild gator sightings. We got lucky and saw 2! So exciting to see them in their habitat. Beautiful, serene creatures. Curious and unafraid. Boat ride was also fun, skimming over the reeds and into country that we had never seen before with our humorous guide. Back on land, there is an optional educational show that was also included in the entry fee. We learned a lot and were entertained at the same time. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Came for a tour early morning the drive to the gator park was scenic. Once you arrive there's parking closer by, another larger parking lot at the rear. We were early so we roam the area. There's a gator look out area where you can smaller gators. The airboat tour started, we were all vigilantly looking for gators and spotted one as soon as we started, beyond that we didn't see much. Our guide was straight to the point, he stopped every so often to provide information. Second part or the experience was the gator show with John. He was possibly the funniest, highly informative who kept the crowd engaged the whole time. We got to see some native wildlife. Overall, it was an exciting activity to take part in. There is a gift shop on site as well. Tips: carry cash (for gratuity) Dress accordingly(you may get slightly wet if sitting on the edge)

Yelp
This place is pretty cool! My husband and I had a lot of fun with the Everglades Airboat Tour and the Gator Show! If you want to see a TRAINED Gator, feel free to come to this place! It's usually after your airboat tour, so don't miss the show! We had Charles as our airboat tour guide and he was very informative and he always made sure that everyone was safe and following instructions! Giving 4 stars bc of the store. We ordered the Gator sandwich and it was not what we were expecting it to be. The food could be better. And the pickles it came with was sooooo soft and it tasted like it was going bad. The "gator tail" had more batter than the actual meat and it was pretty tough. But other than that, we were satisfied with the amount of gators we saw!
google avatar

Sarah H.

Yelp
We had the best morning at Gator Park! Saw multiple gators during the airboat tour and then the gator show with John was funny and very informative. I can't imagine a better Everglades experience and also so reasonably priced. Get there early, wear some sunscreen and be ready for some heart pounding fun!

Yelp
Underwhelmed unfortunately. I chose this tour because I looked at the Everglades National Park site, and this park was listed as a registered vendor. Also, on the Gator Park website, it states that the tours depart every few minutes. We waited 30 minutes, and although we were the first ones to arrive we almost didn't catch a seat. The couple that arrived after us didn't catch a seat and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the next one. No organization at all. The boat ride was about 20 minutes and we saw a couple of gators and birds, it was nice. After the boat tour we went on to see a small show involving 2 alligators and a snake. Before heading over to Gator Park, I researched Air Boat tours, and so many vendors came up that offer more animals and exhibits, longer boat rides and so much more for the same price we paid here. I would recommend looking elsewhere. A more suitable price for this whole tour was $20 per adult and $15 per child. $70 total.

Yelp
Found this location on a whim through google. My family and I were looking for a decently priced boat tour of the Everglades as well as something that can accommodate my large party last minute. I called and verified the Information and it was such a great hit! Tickets for adults are $28 and children (ages 6-11) are $19. There is also a National park fee which is $5 but children under 16, National park pass holders, seniors over 62+ and militarily personnel are excluded from this. You can purchase tickets online or even in person ( I purchased in person) Tour starts off slow and then picks up when you take the ride to the middle of the River grass. So many photo opps and great views. Our tour guide was very informative which I truly appreciate. Be mindful of the breeding season and weather you may not see any alligators but don't worry because after your boat your there is a presentation. During this presentation there are alligators as well as other beauties to look at and admire. Overall the boat tour was about 30-40 minutes And the presentation was about 15-20 minutes. 10/10 recommend!

Yelp
Steven Harmon is a great at his job. The tours are nice. What's not nice is him stealing money from a single mother and blocking her when he doesn't want to hear about his lies. I must say he's almost as good at lying to you as he is giving a tour. Keep your daughters close and wallets closer. Also make sure everyone has their boating license and the boats have been inspected properly. $hairbyrachelxox is my cash app Steven if you'd like to make things right. Ladies - run if your about to date this man. He will lovebomb you then make you feel like shit. Gator park on the other hand is a good place to walk around and visit! Just don't date this man until he's had therapy....

Yelp
Other than walking the trails in Everglades to find alligators, I think the thing to do while visiting this national park is to go on an Airboat tour. Came on a weekday and was surprised that there were a lot of people already but happy to find a parking spot very quickly. Here are my favorite things about the experience: - I appreciate that they have airboat tours every 15-20 minutes so that you don't have to wait very long before going into the freshwater "swamps" of the Everglades. - I genuinely didn't believe that we would see any alligators but we saw 3 which was pretty incredible. The guide told us that its usually the same alligators that he sees on all of his tours which is kind of funny since these specific gators don't get scared away by the airboats anymore. - This ride itself was like going on the Jurassic Park ride in Universal Studios. I couldn't believe the boat would just mow right over all the grass and make its own path like it was nothing. Also, the grassy swamps were absolutely stunning and it seemed to go on forever, hence the name ever-glades. - The airboat itself was actually pretty cool as the guide did a couple of big turns in the area which made it seem like we were on a roller coaster. Seriously, the entire boat would tilt sideways. - The alligator show was okay, I don't know why I thought the alligators would do tricks like dogs but it was still cool seeing all the animals nontheless. Would highly recommend putting this place as part of your itinerary when in the Everglades. It is a bit far away from the Everglades path and is not officially a part of the national park; however, I think that this is a worthwhile detour from your trip.

Yelp
I was actually really pleasantly surprised by the experience here. When we arrived at noon on a Thursday - there was a line for 40 minutes for the air boat ride and the parking lot was nearly full. Craziness. The line did take 40 minutes for us to get to the boat but it was efficient and mostly shaded. Our driver, Roger, was very good. The ride was about 30 minutes and we saw a few gators up close and personal. Plus, riding through the sawgrass wetlands was gorgeous. I've never seen anything like it. Afterwards, we attended a 20-minute animal encounter where we saw baby alligator and crocodiles and learned about both species from a wonderful local expert. They have a small gift shop with some cute alligator themed items (duh), and some snacks. It's easy to find and just 12 miles further you can enter the park and explore on your own as well. Well-run and all staff were super friendly and excellent. At about $30 a person - this is an exceptionally fair price for what we received.

Yelp
First time in Florida so I decided to visit the Everglades and see some gators. The tour itself is 30 - 45 min they give you ear plugs which I highly recommend you wear. Our tour guide was great gave us lots of facts about the glades and had a great sense of humor. Make sure you stay after the tour they give you an animal show with more facts about alligators and crocodiles. The host was great but he repeated the same facts as the tour guide. It's more just so you can see the animals up close behind their enclosure. The host was a bit rude there was a toddler amazed by the animals and keep repeating "alligator, alligator" he found it cute at first but then tried to shush the toddler. He is a kid amazed by the animals don't try and shush him. Overall I got the experience I came for but wouldn't go back on the tour with this business at least.

Yelp
Gator park was super fun. The fan oat ride was nice. It's almost part nature lesson and part jungle cruise. The captains are nice and make dad jokes. The gator show is the highlight and John the gator wrangler is a true Florida man. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Airboat ride was fun and felt like a "must do" while in the Everglades. Wildlife Show at the end was surprisingly good. I wanted to leave without seeing it, but my husband convinced me to stay and we loved it--even without kids in our group. Learned a lot about alligators vs crocodiles--even after we had already been to 3 local national park sites and on multiple guided nature tours. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Yelp
Had a great time at the gator park! One of the staff took my phone and made a video close up of two gators! We saw a couple wild ones on the tour!

Yelp
Strongly recommend to visit. I have visited the location twice, (nov of 2022 and march of 2018), and in both occasions, I thoroughly enjoyed it. In both visits, John was our educator and I absolutely love his depth of knowledge and enthusiasm. I would like to come again with my wife and children. The airboat ride is also amazing, but I don't want to set your expectation too high. Just go and see for yourself and I will save the details. Helpful tip: you can also drive 10 minutes west, there is shark valley observation tower. In which you can see wild alligators two feet away from you, bathing in the sun. Just make sure you respect their boundaries then you will have fun with them without sacrificing any limbs.

Yelp
WHAT A RIP OFF!!! First I'll start by saying we show up they asked us if we're military if we're first responders and then if we have a national park fee paid for this year. We say no to everything. We're told one we pay the national park fee with them we can go down the road and use it at ANY national park. LIES! We went down the street to shark national park and was jtold it needed to be a physical receipt we NEVER RECIEVED ONE. Second they told us to go wait in line. We got in line at 1:32 not a single person told us when the next ride would be. We waited 28 mins finally get on the boat... our wait was longer than our trip! Trip was 25 mins!!!! I paid $40 per person for a 25 min ride. Lastly this place is called gator park.... Leads you to believe on this airboat tour you'll see ... idk maybe gators?!?!? NOPE!!! Hell no nope nah no. You won't see any gators was the first thing out of our guys mouth! It was horrible they stopped the boat said okay you can take pictures now... pictures of what?!? There's no gators. We get back NO ONE tipped our tourist because well there was no sightings of GATORS!!!! It was horrible that you could hear the tour guide complaining no tips well maybe you should take that up with your employer seeing as they falsely advertise gator sightings in the airboat tour. There's also a lot of talk about a show... we waited 15 mins after getting back and there was no show at all. Super disappointing trip what a waste of money. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER go back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ON GROUPON AND FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER LIKE COOPERSTOWN AIRBOAT ! Do not go here. Don't do it. Don't ever ever do it. Read the reviews below they all recommend the show not the boat I don't recommend any of it.

David P.

Yelp

Yelp
Review from my 8 year old so : "I really loved it, actually" We didn't know what to expect but our expectations were far exceeded. The tour was fun, we saw 4 gators, a turtle, and a ton of cool fish. The guide, Toby, was witty and had great cheesy jokes. He knew a lot about the glades and had a good answer for everything that was asked. He also was a great driver and my husband and son loved drifting around the turns. The gator show was great too, John was very knowledgeable and fun. He interacted well with the crowd and was funny. He did pick on a few in the front row who didn't love reptiles, probably not too fun for them, but humorous for the rest of us.

Yelp
Gator park with an enjoyable experience for me and my wife the airboat was educational and informative. The show after the boat ride was educational and very entertaining. I would highly recommend this to anyone who would want to airboat ride at a reasonable rate. Great way to enjoy an afternoon.
google avatar

Renee B.

Yelp
The tour guide on the boat was informative & funny. He always made sure he answered everyone's questions. We got to see the gators up close & personal. The wildlife show host was the best. I learned alot & he was hilarious. He recorded the alligator up close & personal on one of our phones! Would highly recommend & will definitely return.

Yelp
Bad ass experience. Don't go through third party company to purchase tickets it will be 2x more expensive. Definitely worth trying this place out if you never seen a wild Alligator up close or been on an Air boat.

Yelp
I've never been on a gator tour and was extremely excited to be here! I can't say the same for our tour guide who had an attitude since the beginning.. a group of foreign people who didn't speak English were talking and he proceeded to call the man rude and other things.. (Which I do agree, it was rude) but the man didn't speak English and had no idea he was talking to him. The guide got a worse attitude and got real short with all of us and said sit down we are moving on the next part. We only got two sentences of history of the Everglades out of him and not a single sentence more.. because of these other people we all had to miss out on the information & have our tour cut short. We paid for a tour and got a huge attitude instead and took us back early. We were only on the boat for 20 min.. I understand that people are rude, but the rest of us paid to be there and get a nice pleasant tour. He set the tone and it wasn't very pleasant.. We didn't see any large gators.. only 1 baby and a turtle. Now on to the pleasant part of the trip... John was super awesome during the show and used our phone and did an awesome video of the gators. Up close and personal! He was funny and made the show super entertaining! We would love to come back, but not sure if I want to chance getting that tour guide again.. read of reviews and I see he has been an issue for other people as well.. I suggest hiring people who enjoy their job and hire people who have some patience..

Yelp
Amazing show and great airboat ride. Prices were pretty good. Saw lots of families and the show was very interactive!
google avatar

Maria S.

Yelp
Mask optional. The airboat ride itself was very fun and the driver had great interaction with the people on the boat. However, please take into consider masks and social distancing is 100% optional. No one was instructed they were required to wear a mask. The boat was completely packed in and zero distancing was followed. I thought it was possibly our driver, but I took photos of other boats which were WORSE than our boat. We decided to skip out on the remaining portions of the tour - the gator show - as masks were not required to enter, and the stadium didn't providing social distancing. I would have liked to know this ahead of time, as I would have made my decision to purchase the ticket based on this. Hopefully this helps someone else make the decision to purchase their ticket on what risk they are willing to take.

Yelp
This was quite the experience. I wasn't sure what to expect but I certainly was impressed. We did the airboat ride which was a whole lot of fun. We actually saw several alligators. Again wonderful experience. After the airboat ride there is a little show where one of the tour guides introduces you to alligators and crocodiles explains explains both to you. A lot of information none of us had known before. We had lunch there. They actually have fried alligator which was pretty good. I actually was really good. It taste like, as you know chicken. LOL overall this was a great experience and we had a wonderful time.

Philip A.

Yelp
Fun and safe airboat experience! Kay was a great "driver" and made the airboat so fun!!! Do you know the difference between an alligator and a crocodile? Come to the gator show and find out. It was awesome as well. The information was well blended with comedy. A good time for all ages.

Mykayla S.

Yelp
Had an amazing time! The airboat tour was beautiful and the show afterwards was so much fun, the guide was very knowledgeable and learned a lot!!
google avatar

Michelle W.

Yelp
We enjoyed our time here a lot, but I have to give it 3 stars because there was absolutely no recognition of COVID-19 safety protocols -- no social distancing, no enforcement of masks, etc. I would recommend a private tour or stay back and wait for the next boat and hope it is less crowded. The tour starts on the airboats and goes by quickly -- we saw two alligators and a blue heron which was pretty cool. After, there is a wildlife show where you see a scorpion, toad, baby alligator (you can pay $3 to take a picture holding it), and the adult alligators.
google avatar

Sarah A.

Yelp
We're from California and our tour guide was John. He made our experience unforgettable. He took my phone and recorded the gator up close!! How awesome is that? John made our trip one to remember! Thanks John!!!
google avatar

Morgan B.

Yelp
I have been here twice so far now and never a full experience. You're guaranteed to see gators even if you don't on the airboat ride because of the experience after where they talk about them. The airboat rides are always super fun and while they are loud, it doesn't take away from the experience.
google avatar

Nicole G.

Yelp
If you happen to use a Groupon, be sure to have it ready before you arrive to gator park-- T-Mobile has no service in the area where my Verizon work phone did. The front desk cashier wasn't very helpful or sensitive from a customer service perspective. I would say WiFi is something this park should consider. I did not like that the same brunette cashier was so vocal about her non support of the BLM movement to another visitor. That made me uncomfortable. Likely not a topic that should be covered in a tourist spot and work setting. Delivery is everything as well, and the conversation was just boisterous and insensitive to other visitors. Be sure to grab something to eat, bring sunscreen, and hand sanitizer. If you're planning to tip (which I highly recommend), be sure to bring cash for the airboat tour guide and animal show presenter. Besides the check in- the rest of the experience was outstanding. The staff are very knowledgeable. Our airboat tour guide, Chuck, was remarkably knowledgeable, very pleasant, and a smooth airboat operator. John, who was the instructor for the animal show was exceedingly knowledgeable about all things animals, charming, and bright. Truly pleasant experience. The park was really clean. Gave this visit 4 stars, would have given 5 if I hadn't encountered such an unpleasant experience at the front desk.

Tansy W.

Yelp
Loved the tour! Did an airboat tour for about 30 min followed by a short show that I almost skipped but am glad I didn't. All of the staff were very friendly and funny, which made for a great time. On the airboat tour, we saw multiple alligators (at least 3) and then saw a bunch more up close and personal at the show afterwards. $3 extra if you want a photo holding a baby alligator.
google avatar

Keith A.

Yelp
Super fun, and very friendly staff. it is a national park, so remember your N.P. pass to avoid the extra fee. If you get there before 10 you can get a 2 for 1 deal on the airboat ride. If not, there are some coupons on their website for $ off, but not as good as 2 for 1. If you ever wanted to ride an air boat in the everglades, and have a chance to see an alligator in the wild, then pay the extra $ and take that ride. I happened to do it in the freezing cold rain, but still very worthwhile. We saw 2 alligators in the water. Lily likes to hang out by the lily ponds. There is also a short animal demonstration after the ride, with alligators, birds, scorpions, turtles, etc. You can hold a baby alligator for a $3 donation. There is food to eat including a $23 combo plate of frog legs, catfish, and alligator. The alligator was the best of the 3. The gift shop has plenty of items for sale, including some funny shirts and Christmas ornaments.

Yelp
They have a predefined course it goes fast for about 10 minutes we coast the rest of the way. The show was good after, but Jay an ass who works there thinks it funny to laugh at customers. First you have two choices, printed ticket or mobile. You must print the ticket. I was there early at 830 am waitied almost 2 hours. Right before we leave Jay sends me off the line to get a printed ticket, then he thought it would funny to board the boat so I would be in the back. I ran and got a good seat anyway. Jay also is a sarcastic little fool , here you only tip Jay dont make fun of paying custimers. There is one other provider cottonmouth airboats something...its a mile before Everglades. I heard it professional treated customers The organization is a little bitmore organized where all the rides are little better.I should have gone there. My friends went to that one and they are very happy didn't have unprofessional schmucks.

Yelp
I love this place, and have been twice. I'm not ashamed to be a tourist haha. The boat ride is fun and informational. You frequently see gators and turtles and fish and other interesting flora and fauna. We even saw a big ole gator swimming around right near their dock! But what really takes the cake is their fun, funny and up close animal show conducted by their talented rangers. They show gators, giant toads, spiders and other critters. They have done some impressive training with the gators that you dont want to miss. Check it out!

Yelp
Never been on an airboat before and this was perfect. It was cheap and we seen gators on our tour in the Everglades. We will come back, the customer service was great and we were able to touch the baby alligators, I LOVED IT! The place was clean and the owner was super nice, we will be back

Yelp
We got there just in time for the last "show"/tour of the day. There was a group of kids there and I found the guy to be very short with the kids and seemed impatient to me. You could tell he was going through his motions. We got to see a baby alligator and crocodile plus there were two others in the cage with him. After we loaded on the air boat we were looking forward to some fun zooming around for the remaining 30 minutes of the tour....instead got 5 minutes of scripted talk, 5 minutes zooming around and 20 minutes of MORE SCRIPTED TALK!! To say the least it was not what we thought at all!! I personally would not recommend doing this. And, to add insult to injury when we stepped off the boat we wanted to see the alligator farm and the guy seemed more interested in getting home and didn't let us see them. For $30 each not sure it was worth it....sorry

Yelp
I've been here twice and both times were enjoyable. It's great to get away from the hustle and bustle of South Florida. The air boat ride was exhilarating because it hydroplanes across the water. There were plenty of alligators lounging around if you look hard enough. What I love about this part of the Everglades was, the sawgrass were super tall and there were more mangroves and various of other plants and trees. When I came here, I saw baby gators, they were so cute; I didn't see the mother gator but I knew she was lurking nearby. There's a gift shop that sells food. There were tons of alligator heads to buy if you're into that stuff; and some various of other nic-nacs. They also serve gator meat; the popular dish was the gator bites which looked like mini chicken nuggets. Always look online, I always find coupons for a discounted price on admission tickets. The staff were very thorough and organized with loading us onto the airboats. They also provided ear plugs because those airboat engines were large and loud. They also offer wildlife shows while you wait for your airboat. The guide would show us a bunch of wild animals, reptiles, and insects. This is by far my favorite airboat tour that I've been on. It's a trek for me but every time we have out of town guests, we like to bring them here so they could experience the true Everglades!

Yelp
We had a fantastic time at Gator Park. We got there right when it opened at 9 Am and were the first airboat ride of the day. Dan was a great guide. He gave lots of great info and we saw a nesting mama gator on the ride and lots of birds. Then John did the wildlife show and he was amazing. The show was very fun, interactive and informative. He was also very funny! My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed it. I have two teens but there were younger kids there as well!

Yelp
worthy of a 3. This experience was very costly. If you have 4 and want to go on a private tour it costs a lil below $400 total including the tip for the driver of the airboat. If you go with the economy tour you will sit with about 30 ppl on a boat traveling pretty slow. Overall the experience was cool on the boat cutting through the sawgrass and seeing a gator or two. We only saw 2 alligators total on this tour. that was a bit of a disappointment for $400. The driver was great, and informative but I guess for the price and the 90 min ride through the everglades I felt it was not of value. perhaps there are other tour companies that provide more but with this one, it was a one shot wonder for me and I doubt id recommend these guys at all.

Yelp
We booked the everglades tour through the double tree. We were driven here, given a sticker and then got right on the air boat. We only saw 1 baby alligator, a few turtles and then on our way back in a little bit bigger alligator but I thought the air boat ride through the everglades was a super fun experience in itself! It was super hot and there are lots of bugs so bug spray is a must! After the boat ride, we stayed for the wild life show, saw some more alligators, a scorpion and a bird. We paid the $3 to take a picture with the alligator then we were on our way back to our hotel. This was a one time experience and I'm happy I was able to do it!

Yelp
I've been a few times here. The last time (before this) was a few years ago. I went to the airboat tour and show, and it was a nice experience; but my most recent visit I only went to eat some gator bites and smoked gator sausage with my aunt, who was visiting from the UK and wanted to try something new to her. To be absolutely honest, the food could be better. It wasn't that bad, but whereas in the past you could taste the gatos bites, now all you taste is the batter, and that has to do with the size of each bite. The portions are basically the same, but the individual bites used to be big enough for you to feel the meat, now they are slimmer and smaller, so the batter overcomes the meat. The sausage was nice, but in all honesty, if blindfolded, I couldn't tell the difference between this "gator sausage" and a regular sausage. Yeah, spices and condiments vary, but nothing where you can really tell "this is gator". Service is nice, the locale for food is just the knick-knack store with a few tables outside, and you order at the counter and bring your own food to the table. All of it looks clean and nice.

Yelp
Great adventure for folks from Pacific Northwest. Learned a great deal from our guide...who injured his hand because of his chickens... but I think it was the gators . Adam Sandler from pool boy movie was on my mind. Great show afterwards where I was pressured to kiss a frog. No prince appeared ... just my dumb sun burnt husband. You can take A gander through yard and see gators in the pond.

Yelp
What a great experience in the Everglades. All staff were very friendly and informative. Kat was our boat guide and not only funny but very informative. Saw several alligators to include a baby that she got as excited as we all did to see. The show that John did was the same. So nice to see smiling happy faces. Definitely worth the time and money.

Yelp
It would have been one star if it weren't for the show after but a few things to know. First, make sure that if you buy tickets online, you ask the staff for physical tickets to enter the boat. We were first in line and ended up being last on the boat due to this. Second, make sure the person at the register gives you earplugs. Not only were we forced to sit in the back, but we weren't provided ear protection. Being the closest to the fan, our ears physically hurt from the noise. Instead of taking pictures we had to use our fingers to plug our ears. Thirdly, note the most active season for Alligators is the winter. This gave us a lovely ride all to see two birds and one alligator. To wrap up the experience we watched John give a gator show in which we saw more wildlife than being in the Everglades itself. So basically, if you want to see a gator just attend the show if it's not the winter.
