"Gaucho Ranch is a small butcher shop in Little River. It's mostly a delivery operation, but they do have a small store where you can come browse. They have wine, cheese, some grilling equipment, and a decent amount of meat. A lot of their beef comes from South America, specifically Uruguay, and, according to the skirt steak we brought home and made into tacos, this is a very good thing." - Ryan Pfeffer
