Gaulding Cay Beach

We were lucky to experience this beach almost empty. The colors are amazing and the views incredible. Definitely one of the best beaches.

beautiful! Fair snorkling around the cay. white sands and calm waters. Google maps tries to tell you to take a right after you have turned off the queens highway, but you should take a left to get down to a parking area and the beach.

The water was super clear and so calm - it was like a swimming pool. There was only 1 day out of 5 where there were waves and it wasn’t completely clear. If you drive in across from Daddy Joe’s and stay left at the first Y you will wind around to a parking area immediately on the beach. We did some snorkeling near the rocks and at low tide we found some interesting shells. There are no tables, restrooms, etc.

Gorgeous beach on the Caribbean side of the Island! We enjoyed every minute spent here! My pictures do not do the beach justice... Even though it was cloudy, the sun came out every so often, and warmed us up enough to go in the water sporadically.

This tranquil beach on the Caribbean side stole our hearts. With soft, clean sand and calm waters, it provided the perfect setting for a relaxing swim. We were pleasantly surprised to find only a couple of other couples sharing the beach.

We had the best time here. When you turn on the road take a left, not right and go all the way down. The water was shallow and perfect for our 3 year old to play and swim. We snorkels near the small island and saw a lot of beautiful fish!

This is a fairly easy beach to access fairly close to the Glass Window in the main part of Eleuthera. The beach itself is beautiful as every beach seems to be on this Bahamian island. It is very shallow for the most part although it does drop off and then becomes shallow again as you approach the cay. We did not snorkel, but I'm sure the visibility would be excellent. Sand on this beach is soft and powdery. Gorgeous!
