The location and design of the place are very nice — it’s visually impressive and well thought out. However, I found it to be highly overpriced. I paid £10 for a latte, £7 for a Turkish coffee, and £16 for a small cake, which I don’t consider reasonable by any standard, even compared to similar spots in other countries I’ve visited. One of the waitresses was noticeably impolite, which stood out since the rest of the staff were welcoming and pleasant. Also, if you're planning to visit with kids, this place isn't particularly family-friendly. Overall, while the space has a beautiful design, it felt like it lacked genuine warmth or soul. I usually enjoy places like this, but in this case, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations set by the aesthetic.

What could be better than enjoying one of the most breathtaking Bosphorus views while savoring a perfectly prepared Turkish coffee and a delightful sweet bite? Gazebo at the Çırağan Kempinski offers an experience that is pure perfection — an elegant setting, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that captures the very essence of Istanbul’s charm. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates beauty, taste, and sophistication all in one place.

I recently dined at the Gazebo for Afternoon Tea and must say that the experience was quite underwhelming. One gentleman placed the cage in front of us and it was about 5 minutes before the next guy showed up to explain what each item was. I had to rsvp ahead of time and prepare pay, therefore I had high expectations. The savory tier was good, the scone was just okay (no clotted cream), and the sweets were decent. The beverages included, were a glass of prosecco and a cup of Turkish tea. Don't expect a teapot or a variety of teas. Please note that if you are an Afternoon Tea lover like myself, you will be disappointed.

Went there for breakfast. The restaurant is located inside an amazing hotel - palace, which elevates the experience of the visitor. The atmosphere and the service are excellent, as someone would expect from such a place. We tried the Turkish and European breakfast options. Everything that arrived to our table was of top notch quality, something that is expected from the high price mark. If you are interested in having a premium breakfast experience at a terrific location, this is a must visit.

Beautiful place to enjoy tea or coffee . The food menu is nice but the service takes too long

View were excellent, staff friendly and welcoming. The food was average if I’m being very honest. We paid a very hefty 850 TL (Dec 2022) for Prosecco Afternoon Tea and as presentable as it was, I’ve had better food for far, far less. That being said, Afternoon Tea in Istanbul is a very rare find, and you’re mostly lying for the location than anything else. So all things considered I did enjoy it, but I wouldn’t come back save for special occasions. I can’t comment on their normal menu.

Firstly the lady at front was super kind. She took me to the table that I reserved that was outside and it was a bit cold and she offered to bring me a blanket or if I wanted to sit inside. I went for iftar but was there earlier and so i took a stroll and took the amazing pictures of the ciragan palace and the bosphorus which was amazing at sunset btw😍 i came back and ordered the chicken panini sandwich i definitely recommend it came with fries the person taking my order was polite and had good customer care after i had dinner i went inside for dessert and Tea and i was not disappointed! Loved this place

I came all the way from New York and was staying as a guest at the hotel. I invited two of my guests to join me, but from the moment we arrived Glazzo we didn’t feel welcomed at all. I asked someone for a table for four, and instead of assisting us, he said his assistant would help — even though he was standing right there and the restaurant was nearly empty. There were at least three tables with a much better view, none of which had any reserved signs on them, but we were told those were taken by guests who had stepped away and would be returning. We ended up being seated at a less desirable table despite the available space. On top of the poor service, everything was seriously overpriced for the quality and experience provided. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
