Gaziano Girling

Been fortunate enough to visit the team on their trunk shows in Dubai as well as in the Savile Row flagship store. The products are sublime, the staff, exceptional. Simon has been instrumental in helping me along the way, and look forward to receiving my next pair of shoes once they've been made.

In October 2023, I decided to order a pair of Thorpe model boots from Gaziano & Girling online. My regular shoe size is UK 11 1/2, and that's how I intended to order these shoes. After several emails with Dan, who seems to be the manager of the store on Savile Row, and also with Simon, who appears to work as a consultant in the store, I wanted to get the boots in size 11 1/2 as usual. Dan advised me to order the boots in size "F" for comfort. I questioned whether they would be too large, but he assured me that everyone orders in "F" and that this size would be perfect. After much back and forth, including a phone call with Dan, I ordered the model as recommended. Since I was ordering from Germany, I naturally paid customs duties, but I didn't mind. However, when the shoes arrived, they were far too big. I was then advised to simply wear thick socks with them. So, I kept the boots, but unfortunately, I can't really wear them, as they are still too large for my feet even with thick socks. To make matters worse, the shoes were delivered in a different color than what was shown in the online shop photos. I paid nearly €1700 and now have shoes that I can't wear. I will never buy from Gaziano & Girling again, and their advice was also terrible.

I believe I hit the jackpot with this brand. Ordered a pair for my boyfriend [will be part of his Christmas gift] and I'm so impressed with the design and the feel. I'll edit my review after it's worn, I know he'll love it.

This was my first time purchasing anything in Saville Row and it was a wonderful experience. They were very polite and informative and didn't make me feel that I was an idiot as I had many questions. Highly recommend.

I like to express my past year experience with G&G Shoes and its associates as outstanding of this unique product. I’m a professional American gentleman in the business and social environments where shoes are very much an extension of my suit attire. I’ve worn some very good shoes throughout the years; however, none have compared to the outstanding leather quality and the aesthetics of G&G Shoes. This past year, I’ve purchased two MTO (Made-to-Order) pairs, St. James II (Art Deco)-Red Coronation and St. James II (TG73)-Sapphire. These shoes are superiorly crafted to high standards in their own respective model shapes with comfortable fitting (I tend to wear my dress all day and long nights occasionally). The colors of these shoes are rich and very attractive to the eye (I’ve gotten several compliments). When shined, the brilliance of the shoe color is truly beautiful (I attest to that as former military). In addition, G&G’s Associates are most professional and knowledge of this special product. My special appreciation to Michael, Sales Manager, for his shoe advice and professionalism. Also, my appreciation to the superb craftsmanship of the G&G folks who make these stunning shoes. Exquisite customer attention and the best hand-made shoes you can get. The experience of shopping in their Savile Row location was simply perfect from start to finish. Indeed high on the price range, but the quality, comfort, fit, and for-a-lifetime shoes are indeed worth it.

Was my first time in London and I can’t miss a trip to Gaziano Girling! Loving my new pair of black Churchill oxford. Will be back for another pair when i return.

Tony and Dean worked for a variety of bespoke makers, designers and Northampton manufacturers before coming together to launch Gaziano & Girling.
