Sha is extremely friendly and it’s clear she wants to ensure you have a great stay with them. It is easy to find, there’s off street parking and it is close to the best spot to watch sunset/Finlays brewery (with the added benefit of walking through the park teeming with kangaroos for that authentic aussie experience!) and all you need in Kalbarri. The rooms are really lovely; very comfortable clean and spacious that includes a kettle with tea/coffee/milk, a fridge with bottled water, very comfortable beds with lovely linen and good showers (includes soap, shampoo conditioner & body wash). Sha also provides self service fresh cake each afternoon as well as chocolates & port in the lounge should you wish to help yourself. There’s also a wide range of sunscreen/insect repellant and full use of the kitchen with the outdoor bbq (& sauces/oil & all you need to cater for yourself in the kitchen). Breakfast was perfect; a mix of different cereals, an individual fresh fruit platter, Greek yoghurt and a mix of preseves to go with Sha’s absolutely delicious home made bread (fruit, white or multi-grain - made with rice flour I discovered!) as well as a selection of teas/coffee/hot choc & juices. Just a really lovely place to retreat to after a long drive and/or day at the National Park & breakfast is just a nice way to chat to a few other like minded travellers. I’d highly recommend and anyone not giving this 5 stars is looking to nit-pick!
