7 great ways to experience the Australian coast from Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula - SilverKris

"A network of roughly 15 self-guided cultural walks (each typically 3–6 km) that let visitors explore local history, street art and temporary installations at their own pace; notable projects include dedicated First Nations and women's art trails as well as heritage-focused routes that highlight community stories and outdoor artworks." - Margaret Ambrose

A lovely space with everything you need close by. We seen a comedy show which suited the space perfectly. A cafe and bar means you can get there early and relax before the show

Lots of great shows on here after the refurbishment. The bar has water for free, typical drink prices otherwise. Don't like the shared bathrooms though.

Attended a concert at Costa Hall - lovely hall, great acoustics and good seats, able to view the stage comfortably eg. from Row F. Adjacent roof top parking was confusing - we parked but decided to drive out to park elsewhere when we saw signs stating it closes at 11pm? Too risky to make it back on time after the 8pm concert.

Went to watch Mamma Mia the musical and WOWIE!! it was amazing, apart from the play itself, there was stunning architectural features with clean bathrooms and a cafe for a food fix. The ticket prices were very fairly priced for the high level show that was put on.

The Geelong Arts Centre is an excellent venue for concerts. It’s intimate, seats are comfortable and raised so no heads in front of you and a superb sound system. It’s intimate also has a nice cafe inside and lots of tables & chairs in the various foyers. I would definitely return for a concert or show

A great place to see a show in Geelong. Whether it's a school musical, community theatre group or a big name comedian or music artist, there's always something to see. If only they didn't throw every different design style into the renovation, I'd give it 5 stars.

We went to watch Pseudo Echo. The venue was fantastic. The venue staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a coffee and sweet at the Cafe in the foyer while we waited for the show to begin. I highly recommend this venue if you are seeing a show.

We really enjoyed Geraldine Hickey's 'Meander' set on Saturday night. The intimate space is perfect for a standup performer. The fluorescent lighting in the foyer was a bit over the top. Heaven help anyone triggered by neon lighting. I loved the non-gendered toilets and it is the first time I have been to a theatre production and not had to queue for the 'ladies'. Well done Geelong AC. Also a shout out to Liz, great customer service. My daughter was running late, she did just make it in time but Liz assured us there would be no issues, which was reassuring,
