Geirangerfjorden Feriesenter - Cabins & Camping

We rented a standard cabin and hired a cot and highchair. This is a wonderful place to stay, the cabin was very clean and had everything you need in it, the views of the fjord are stunning. And the playground was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I asked to change something in my booking shortly after I had booked and they dealt with it very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented a standard one bedroom cabin for three nights and were delighted with its location and facilities. Our cabin had fantastic views of the fjord and of all the ferries and boats that use it, yet its location is slightly outside the busy town of Geiranger, in fact about 2km. We liked that because the town can become extremely crowded when a cruise ship is in town. The cabin had all the facilities that we needed included a two ring cooker and refrigerator. It was very clean and comfortable. A laundry with a couple of washing machines was available for visitors and boats can also be rented by the hour. The staff spoke English and were extremely helpful whenever we had a question.

We just got back from a recent trip to Norway and we stayed here for the first 4 days. It is in such a beautiful peaceful location on the edge of the fjord, and is only a few minutes drive from the town centre. The Premium Cabin we stayed in had everything we needed including a dedicated EV charging station. The cabin and the site in general were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and it was a pleasure to stay here. We would definitely stay again. Many thanks!

I can't say enough good things about the boat rentals! Getting such an intimate and adventurous view of the fjord was so special! I've rented boats twice now and in two very different weather conditions. Both trips were extraordinary for their own reasons. I got a medium boat for 4 hours and will hopefully be back in future! Dress in layers, a waterproof layer on top is best.

I am really upset with the boss of this place. He doesn't have any empathy or humanity. We stay there a few days and we asked him where we can go for a walk near the camping. He saw us with a baby, our one year daughter and he recommended us a rout full of ticks!!! We all had ticks and my small baby had one also inside her ear. Idk why he recommended this tour. Also it was really difficult full of rocks. I am upset because I trust him, he is who work in there and now my daughter is sick. she is dealing with infection the last weeks. I hope he had the same luck with other people as he does it. I hope karma return to him some day.

Thanks for being flexible during the weather change! Visited a few times in the past but will for be back in the future again! Great location, friendly staff and good facilities.

As we drive towards the fjord, hang a sharp left down towards the campsite, we're greeted by Geraingerfjorden Feriesenter many cabins. Maria checked us in, and is very helpful to suggest activities. |We took the boat for a two hours cruising in the calm fjord waters. Great view od waterfalls, we had two cruise ships made port call. |We had a two bedrooms cabin, plenty of space, lounge and dining area, a patio overlooking the fjord. Pity it was raining a fair whence no too conducive to sit on patio to enjoy the view.|Kitchen is well equipped.

We have such great time staying 2 nights at the cabin on this Holiday site. Really enjoyed the wood deck patio Just outside of the door. Great location, close to water. We also rented their motor boat to enjoy the fjord at a closer distance. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't use the public bathroom and kitchen, but inside is very very clean and modern. Would love to come back again.

Got a cabin here which was one of the only options in the area for places that sleep 4. We really loved this place, mainly due to the location. Cabin had great views of the fjord. Props: Outdoor patio (with small table) facing the water. So relaxing Price reasonable given the location Clean Large space Wi-Fi, parking, cooking equipment all included Laundry facilities available Reception has some food and snacks available Cons: Do need to put sheets on yourself at check in (they provide these to drive to your cabin) Clean up after yourself (standards are a little higher than the expectations at Airbnb, but they don't have that stupid cleaning fee) Coffee machine available, but no coffee No soap provided FYI there are several people camping on the premises too
