So, to tell if a gelato is good, you must try the pistacchio flavour. If it's too green and smooth it's usually very bad, and this is the exact opposite, earthy green, grainy and indulgent yet light. A hidden gem in the city. Every week a spur-of-the-moment flavour including: lavender and honey, slated butter with saffron and orange blossom, peach with ginger and sage and so on and so forth. The staff members kindness is the cherry on top. Highly recommended if in Bologna.
Out of all the amazing gelatos in Bologna, they stand out for the balance in their gelato. The flavours are truly balanced!
