I asked very clearly if the cone contained any nuts because of a severe allergy and was told “no.” That information was wrong — the cone did have nuts. This is not a small mistake; it’s a dangerous one. Staff should understand that allergies are serious, and giving false information can put someone’s health at risk. The ice cream was good, but still service I can only rate very low… for the future, please make sure you take allergies seriously. We were lucky we had the right medicine for our teenager…

Top notch gelato. Flavours change everyday and are wide ranging. Potentially a bit too rogue at times, only a few staple flavours don't change, but the selection is always delicious. Great granites too.

The best we had was a chocolate ice cream with some salted caramel crunch.. that was simply the best ice cream that we tasted on Elba.
The other flavors were good too, I always ask the people who work there for their favorite anyways.. Enjoy!
