Wonderful gelato. Staff came across as kind of frustrated, but it is a heatwave and I stutter (especially in Italian), so I get it.

The customer service lacked warmth. My group and I were traveling looking for some coffee and needed to use the rest room as we were traveling for a long time. The employees were unwelcoming, and acted as if we were bothering them when we asked questions. Our group ended up getting coffee from elsewhere as we didn’t feel welcomed.

Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever eaten. A medium was a very generous portion and I couldn’t finish it because it was so big! They had a wise selection of flavours and you could get a cone or a cup. Would definitely recommend! Benissimo!

One of the top places for ice cream and pastries in Naples. My favorites are definitely the Tronchetto ice cream and their seasonal Panettone and Colomba

Ordered, waited 25 minutes. Nobody came. We asked 2 times if they remember about our order (2 coffees, nothing complicated)... We ended up leaving.

There is only one thing to say about this place: the best ice cream ever. I have never experienced such an consistency with an ice cream. Super soft and extremely tasty. Our hotel was right next door and on our last evening in Naples I scarfed down like 6 scoops of ice cream because it was so good. Just for this ice cream I would go back to Naples. Thank you...

Very mediocre pastries and coffee. Nothing special. There’s literally hundreds of places where you can have a better breakfast.
