If you’re near the Centrale area and craving gelato, Gelateria Paganelli is a solid choice! This family-run gelateria has a long history, and you can tell from the care they put into their gelato. The staff (or perhaps they're the owners?) were also very warm and friendly. We even had a nice little chat while ordering, as they were curious about where we came from. 😀
I tried the nocciola and fior di latte, and both were excellent. The texture was smooth and creamy with just the right sweetness. The nocciola stood out for its rich, nutty flavor made from the best Piedmont hazelnuts.
Paganelli was also previously awarded the coveted Tre Coni, the highest distinction from Gambero Rosso given only to Italy’s top gelaterie... and it truly lives up to that recognition!
