The classic crepe was amazing. Filled with dark chocolate and hazelnuts. The batter was perfectly cooked and didn’t break even with the hot chocolate being added to it. The chocolate chip gelato was amazing and so was the cone that came with it.

We stopped here because of all the great ratings and were happy that we did. Great gelato with a good choice of flavors. They also sell chocolate. It’s a bit pricier than other gelaterias but not by much. It’s right by the river which was nice. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

My son loved here to eat both ice cream and chocolate. We bought some chocolate here as presents.🎁 Staffs helped us to taste the chocolate for the right choice. When we visited venchi at the airport, seems the price for the same merchandise labeled expensive than here.

I had a fantastic experience at the Venchi shop in Florence. Nayli, who was working there, was incredibly kind and attentive. She went out of her way to help us choose the perfect flavors based on our preferences, making our visit even more enjoyable.

Sheila was absolutely wonderful!! We had a lovely time learning a little about making chocolates and then some hands on experience. Sheila was kind and very knowledgeable. Loved every minute of the class! This company makes the best chocolates I’ve ever had and uses high quality ingredients. I highly recommend!
