"Just the right gelato The aptly named Gelato Giusto (meaning gelato done right) is an ice cream must. Former pastry chef Vittoria Bortolazzo makes delicious gelato every day from regional, organic fruit, high quality milk, and lots of love. Flavor selection is only a few (between six and fourteen) and covers the standards like strawberry, mandarin, and chocolate, as well as a daily surprise such as banana-chocolate-hazelnut and white chocolate, almond, strawberry, and rhubarb. Tip: go back a few times to make sure you taste them all."

Got Recommended by a friend!PURELY AMAZING! My mom and I had the best ice cream ever in our life. Thank you for allowing us having this great moment!

This is the best gelato I’ve ever had (including before I went vegan). It was so incredibly delicious and the flavours taste like their natural ingredients (rather than artificial like in other places). There is the option to try many flavours at once - I really recommend the sesame and pistachio The only improvement would be having the ice cream on display as it was more difficult to choose (especially with a language barrier).

Staff was very friendly and ice cream tasty. However, I think I would have preferred the special tea flavor as a sorbet rather than a cream. Perhaps they don't do sorbet because it has egg whites and they only want to make vegan, which I respect. But for me the flavor of oat milk made the tea flavor less refreshing than it could have been.

First Gelato since arriving in Italy and couldn't have asked for more. Authentic smooth flavours with a smiling service.

I had the pistacchio and genmaicha — first time I saw genmaicha outside asia, and it was executed really well, the roasted rice flavor is definitely there, although the green tea flavor could have been more strong. Pistacchio was a classic choice but great all the same, would come back to try their other flavors!

Yelp
vegan (i think) gelato place in the north area of milan close to the park. they have a decent selection here and a very nicely decorated interior. it's very picturesque inside and gives off the impression that they worked very hard on the interior design and concept for the shop. gelato here was great! only thing is that i wish the service were a bit faster but that seems to be a regional preference.

Yelp
So I had no idea that gelato didn't have milk in it at least that's what the girls working here told us!! IT WAS SO GOOD and for my lactose peeps you won't feel sick or icky. The flavors were on point from the pistachio and hazelnut! No seating indoors though- just one bench outside. The place is very small it serves it's purpose.

Yelp
This gelato has probably the best dark chocolate gelato I've had in Italy. Get the Venezuelan dark if you want a really massive chocolate hit that's well balanced. The pistachio is another rich stand out. The stracciatella is good but a bit creamier than most others. That makes it different not bad. Prices are less than €5 for the largest size and scoops are generous. I'd happily return any time especially because staff is friendly and speaks English. There is a single bench outside for eating.

Yelp
Delicious gelato. I tried this while on vacation. I was in the mood for gelato of course since in Italy I must have it at least once a day. Had the hazelnut and strawberry graham crunch. It was so delicious and creamy. We were tempted to go back for another ! I will be back before I leave.

Yelp
Cute little gelato shop in Milan, truly a hidden gem! Several vegan options that were so yummy, we went back twice in the same day! Can't wait to come back to try some more flavors!

Yelp
Awesome ice cream, made with no hidrogenated oils, artificial colorings or flavorings, or conservants. Made every day by the Roman gods :) every flavor tastes srtongly of what it's made of, but the hazelnut and pistachio are the best ones! Super creamy and rich. The only set back is they have on one bench outside where two people can seat.

Yelp
A small hole in the wall offering some of the freshest gelato. We ordered our gelato on the cone and afterwards we found that two flavors are allowed on 1 come. We had 1 dark chocolate for me and 1 pistachio for the girl. The dark chocolate gelato is rich, creamy and so chocolatey. The chocolate used is excellent and the cream is fresh. The pistachio gelato was earthy, nutty and savory with the medium of rich and fresh cream. This was very different to other pistachio gelato I have had in the states. We will have to compare this to other locations in Italy to get a better measure. Atmosphere: 5/5 Food/drink: 5/5 Price: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Overall: 5/5

Yelp
When you're trying to stay up as long as possible, due to a long fight to Milan, gelato is a huge help! Just around the corner sits this little gem. Yes, I think I will go back each day.

Yelp
Gelato Giusto is overall pretty good, but I'd say relatively average compared to the other gelato places out there. I thought this place would blow my mind away after seeing an incredibly high Foursquare rating, and especially after riding the high of having Il Massimo del Gelato, which gave me incredibly high hopes for all Milan gelatos! However, in the end it was just ok. There aren't a lot of chocolate-esque flavors. The few that it had were sprinkled with subpar Hershey's-like chocolate chips so I strayed away from them. Instead I tried flavors I usually don't do, going with hazelnut and almond + raspberry. The ice cream was straight, creamy gelato, which I've started to appreciate actually (I usually like texture-filled, crunchy nuts!), but nothing mind blowing. Also, I had seen pictures of this place selling nutty products that I wanted to try (like a pistachio bar topped with hazelnuts and almonds) but they didn't have anything like that at all, and said they only offered it during the winter. Eh....I think overall I just had way too high expectations going in or something...

Yelp
The Cinnamon (cannella) flavor was unlike anything I have ever tasted. My docking of a star comes from the odd chocolate situation at Giusto, which was closed the first few times I went by in January and February for a winter break. They have a dark chocolate and a chocolate sorbet without milk. Both had terrible aftertastes. My friend, after taking a bite of the dark chocolate, said she imagines that is what a fart tastes like. That says enough.
