Gelatomania

Best gelato in Taormina! We tried so many different cafes and restaurants during our stay, and this was by far the best. Tastes delicious, fresh and lots of flavours. Staff were happy and friendly and we came back several times!

We are growing our stomachs everyday were are here. We have been here 4 times no joke. They have I think the best gelato in the town. Definitely coming back for the 5th time lol.

Very good gelato, nice consistency and variety of flavours. Definitely recommend, me and my family revisited many times during our time in taormina.

The staff was very polite and they have a great selection of gelato. I mixed the dark chocolate with the mixed berry to try both ends of the spectrum (flavor profile and texture). The gelato was top tier in terms of flavor and texture (we eat A LOT of ice cream and gelato) and the price is very reasonable especially considering the quality. I would very much recommend making this a delicious destination in Taormina, your only regret will be you didn’t get a second scoop.

The first time I tried Gelatomania I got salted caramel and coffee flavours. I was blown away by the caramel, it was absolutely incredible. The next time I had mint and lavender. The mint was a very subtle flavour compared to other countries. Lavender was really a lovely and unusual flavour and I would particularly recommend this and the salted caramel. We have now moved on to Cefalu and I had caramel in a gelateria here. So disappointing. I think it will be hard to beat the caramel from Gelatomania in Taormina❤️

Fresh, fast, and refreshing! Nice selection with better price than the other gelato places down the street. Yum!

Fantastic gelato with wondrous flavours my wife loved the coffee one I loved the Lavender & Ginger flavoured Gelato. Well worth a visit and wonder around eating them.

Delicious ice cream! Probably the best I've had in Sicily. I went back twice after the first in one day it was so good. Nice staff who noticed me returning. Really good flavours, the strawberry and raspberry genuinely tasted like the fruit rather than just some sweet flavour. The strachiatella and cookie were rich and chocolaty. Delicious!

When in Sicily, right? This gelato shop is located right at the entrance of the bustling town square. We only dropped in because we were about to make our way down the stairs for the 20 minutes hike down the hill, and we needed some aqua to go. So why not purchase some gelato for the trek? They were open late, a little busy but the ladies were great. They weren't to excited to let us sample more than a few gelato flavors. But we walked away with strawberry and coffee -- I think. All good and didn't last very long down the road...

Great peach granita and the excellent gelato. I got the pistachio and chocolate cone and it was delicious. I thought the chocolate was excellent but the pistachio was even better.

This place had the best gelato I have ever had... It looks tacky from the outside, but they were honestly the best I had throughout my 2 week trip in Italy. Great assortment of flavors and friendly staff. Definitely stop by here.

Wonderful gelato and granite with many great flavors, probably the best in Taormina. Try passion fruit or lime gelato or the almond granite (Sicilian specialty)

Great gelato & granita place but so is every bar in Taormina! I grew up spending my summers in Letojanni (small beach town below Taormina) and have summer hundreds of tourists get their ice cream/granita there and trust me there are PLENTLY of places. They do great business since they are the first gelato place as you walk in to Taormina.
