Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium

The Stadium is HUGEEE, like seriously massive. I went there for a Christmas Eve event, and it was pretty dope. The place is perfect for big events like concerts, sports, you name it. The entrance? Super smooth. Even with all the crowds, everything was organized, and the flow of people was handled well. Props to the staff for keeping it neat and not making it a total mess. But real talk, finding a toilet? Kinda tricky. The place is so big that you might feel like you’re on a mini adventure just trying to find one. Some more signs pointing the way would definitely help. Other than that, the vibes were awesome. At night, the lights make the whole place look legit iconic. If you’re heading there, maybe check out the venue map first so you don’t get lost. GBK is definitely worth checking out perfect spot for big events and just soaking in the energy!

Compared to years ago.. This stadium is so much better now. You can enjoy running at the nearby stadium. If the sky is clear, the view would be amazing. The atmosphere is also enjoyable. Please keep it clean and fun guys!

Indonesia's pride stadium. A suitable place for walking or jogging. Don't worry about starving because minimarkets and food vendors are available.

So much improvement seeing the international stadium of Senayan. The whole complex is fully upgraded. This is my first time to be back here after a decade not going to GBK. I love it. So many communities around the sports complex. You'll never be alone. People are nice. It's very crowded around 7PM-8PM. But well keep running keep joging. So many place to drink and eat as well. Car park would be limited but still there are plenty space around. I recommned to park next to Aquatic Stadium.

Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium is an absolute gem! Its elegant environment boasts grandeur and sophistication. The architecture is awe-inspiring, and the amenities are top-notch. A must-visit for sports enthusiasts and architecture lovers alike. Five stars for this iconic landmark!

Good place for some laps and sweats. People from all over Jakarta come here during sundowner so expect a buildup of mass around that time. Accesses can get complicated as well but it’s ok so you get to exercise some more by walking further. Nice views of the skyline as well. All good.

Went here to watch FIFA World Cup Qualifiers for Indonesia Vs Iraq and the Philippines. Pros 1. It's near 2 different MRT stations and the Transjakarta bus stops, as well as a few shopping malls. 2. This place has FnB options such as Starbucks and KFC, as well as cafes and street food hawkers. There are also pop up stores on match days. Cons 1. Sometimes they have bad ideas for post match events. Context: there is a post match ritual where the Indonesian national team gathers in the centre circle to sing nationalist songs after the final whistle. Stadium management or some high authority decides to get some singers to sing at the most recent match and put up a concert. Ruined the atmosphere which was momentous because we made the next round of World Cup Qualifiers for the first time. Terrible idea. Fans booed them off the pitch.
