Gemmi Lodge 2350

The view is spectacular, as is the cable car ride in both directions. The meal was OK, not gourmet. We booked a twin bed room which was spacious. It is not en suite, you had to go out and up a flight of stairs for the toilet and shower ' which was a shared facility. That said I would go again just for the location and experience!

Gemmi Lodge is stunningly located, with breathtaking views from the terrace. The menu had a nice variety, and the goulash was especially delicious, a perfect reward after the hike.

An incredible place to spend a night. Quiet, beautiful views, incredible stars at night, grest food and friendly staff. Whether you're planning to hike or ski, or just look at the view, the lodge makea a grest base. Very good value.

Great place, views are stunning, haven't been to the hotel just the restaurant but i will be there one day.

I stayed here and we were welcomed and served well by the staff in both the rooms and the restaurant. Our room had a very beautiful view. The room was just the right size for the two of us. The restaurant's service staff and people take care of every customer equally well. Accommodation prices include breakfast and dinner. The nature around this accommodation is very good, especially in the morning having breakfast and watching the sunrise, it is very beautiful. You can go hiking every day for exercise. There are wild animals that can be seen in the morning, such as chamois. There are many delicious dishes to choose from. The prices are reasonable. Overall, this place is very good. I recommend it. We just spent our New Year's Eve at this mountain lodge and we LOVED it! Their staff is so kind and helpful. The owner (manager?) is the nicest guy, always smiling and answering all our questions. True hospitality excellence! The food is amazing - really bravo to their chef! The atmosphere of the place is amazing - you are on a cliff, cut off from the village at 5pm when the cable car stops :)... the views from the restaurant are some of the best mountain views you can get... we stayed 2 nights but we wish we could stay a week great place for x-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledging, ski-touring...

Amazing views from room and restaurant. Food was fantastic and very generous. The bathrooms were very clean and everything was very well maintained. Breakfast was a good variety. Very good value for money, especially because the gondola is free if you stay at lodge. Went with a young family and we enjoyed the easy hiking to the lake, had a day of fun skipping rocks and playing in the water.

Beautiful place above Leukerbad. very quiet, peaceful and clean. Fantastic view and beautiful spa area.
