Visited the staples store to drop off an Amazon return. Quick drop in and out. No line or wait and parking was ample. Friendly staff and helpful.

At this Plaza location and across the street are all the well known chain stores. If looking for something to eat, fast-food restaurants are inner mixed along Ramon. As well as my favorite Villa Bakery!

Parking was easy and Smart and Final had good prices

Big clean store. They usually have what I'm looking for. Copy and print center is usually quite good. Mostly friendly help. Parking is easy and the central location is convenient.

Why is there never shakes available after 8PM? Is it the employee's shutting it down just to get their cleaning out of the way early? In the future, if the shake machine is shut down before 10PM, I'll just leave and never patronize that establishment again. If we all do the same, perhaps the manager will oversee his/her employee's to assure they are doing their jobs without cutting corners.

Staples has a very helpful printing staff. Everytime I'm having difficulties with my phone -to -printer they there. Thank you Staples staff.

I like the goodies restaurant and smart n final. I buy their precooked whole chicken and its so big and tender i look at the other grocery stores that sell whole cooked chickens and they are tiny shriveled up sparrows when they are done over cooking them but not smart n finals once you see theirs youll never be able to buy one anywhere else. Id bet on that!

95% of the time it is really clean, theater room seats are always amazing, but the lines to get snacks are always packed and takes forever to get food without missing some of the movie

The standard at sportclips palm springs. My sons first salon experience as I've been cutting his hair. I'm a hairstylist of 17 years who got my start at a sport clips in Washington state. WOW how the quality has gone down as prices have raised. From my memory we were much happier, friendlier, and more welcoming back in the day at sportclips. Here we got a Silent greeting, no smiles. The 2 latina girls working looked beyond miserable and clearly our stylist couldn't be bothered to give a decent cut. His stylist didn't say one word to him. BEYOND Sad first experience. My husband said he's scared for him or our son to ever go elsewhere but me for their cuts and beard trims. He was already hesitant for this. $30 too much for a 15 min SHITTY ass kids cut with no wash included!!!!! wtf it used to be 19 bucks. THE FACT THAT I HAD TO FIX AND BLEND HIS HAIRCUT SAME DAY PISSES ME OFF! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Do better sportclips franchisee in ps.

This location is currently short on staff and has very limited hours. I stopped in yesterday around 4:00 PM and had a 30 minute wait. Only two stylists working, and both had customers. Joanna, my stylist, did a very good job on my haircut and massage. Both stylists were very friendly and chatted up the customers. As usual, I treated myself to the MVP service, which includes a haircut, hot towel face wrap, shampoo, and mini-face and shoulder/back massage for $30...it's a little more expensive than other places, but I enjoy the extra services. The shop was clean, all TVs on sports, and they carry a variety of hair and skin care products for men (would probably work on women too). I usually go to the La Verne location, but was spending the week in the desert and needed a trim before the holidays. I would definitely come back to this location again. TIP: Use their check-in app which allows you to register before arriving, and choose a specific stylist or first available. Sends you text updates as to when you should be there for your haircut.

I really like being able to use the app to check in, I never have to wait for a haircut. I've been going here for a while, and I get the best haircuts I've ever had. I highly recommend Leslie!

I have been getting my hair cut by Alexis for almost a year now at Sports Clips. He is an amazing stylist! He always gives me the best fades and listens to what I want. If you are looking for a seriously good cut, go see him ASAP at Sports Clips.

Not going to waste my time writing a detailed review I only suggest that you don't go 30 mins before closing or you won't even make it past the door jam without being turned away, ignorant customer service. Will not come back.

Very sloppy haircut. I tried to get the stylist to texturize my hair but she didn't seem to know what I was talking about and just kept cutting.

I like the pre-check-in option on the app (though arrival timing could be a bit more accurate!), but especially the staff. Myles is so friendly and talented. He listened and delivered a perfect haircut. I am fussy so that means a lot. Pricing, especially for seniors, is reasonable and that is very much appreciated.

Phenomenal with my two rambunctious four year old boys! I moved to Palm Springs last year and have tried a few haircut spots with my boys. We have had negative experiences every time until now! We tried Sport Clips for the first time yesterday and it has an environment my boys loved and the stylists - oh my god, the stylists!!! - I could not have anticipated how amazing their staff would be with us! No eye rolls or annoyed looks when we walked in. Only warm welcomes and great care. They actually took time to make sure my boys were cleaned up evenly and trimmed properly. They helped us pick out good styling cream for my boys' hair and got them picture perfect for our relative's upcoming wedding. This is now the only place we'll be going for haircuts!

I've been going here for 2 years now. I feel like I get quality service from everyone, every time. No matter who cuts my hair it turns out great. The MVP package is top notch. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We always take my husband and two sons (14 and 6) to get their hair cut here. The people who work here make notes on each client's file (as far as preferences, style, etc. go) and they have always been wonderfully professional, patient, and kind--especially with my youngest who loves to talk to the ladies nonstop. My husband and sons are always very pleased with their cuts--which is especially important to my teenager. The prices are reasonable and they are pretty quick if you check in online. Our family highly recommends this location!

I love Sports Clips where I am always treated like a King. I checked in on my computer and there was a bit of a wait so I had lunch, set a timer and took a nap. When I awoke I checked in on my computer and they gave me a time to arrive. Very simple. I waited a couple of minutes and Marian was available to cut and shampoo my hair plus a hot towel. Marian was very talented and professional. She gave me a first class hair cut that looks great. Thank You! Sports Clips you are the Best!

Just got my hair done by Joanna. She did exactly what I wanted perfectly. She was super nice and quick. Had great conversation without feeling overdone. It was perfect I'll be back for sure.

My former barber retired and I had been trying one barber after another with no real success. After reading reviews I decided to give this place a try. I get a military style flat top which is tough to do well, but Kimberly just NAILED IT!. Truly the best haircut I've had in many years. Great experience, love the hot towel. Highly recommended!

Second time to this location. The app is helpful to figure out wait times and which hairstylist is available. Alejandra today was great! I have taken my teenaged son here many times and I have never been disappointed. Excellent customer service. Very friendly. They give a great haircut every time. It only costs $23 for a basic haircut. They also offer MVP service that includes a massage and hot towel. I would highly recommend Sportsclips. You won't be disappointed.

I came in expecting just a quick cut but ended up leaving with more, as a first time customer they game me the MVP special which included a steamed towel on face (or cold) a neck massage and more and all I had to pay for was just the hair cut, the girls there were also really nice and cut my hair just the way I wanted

If I could give more than five stars I certainly would. I did a thing of cutting my sons hair myself what a HUGE mistake lol. It was a Sunday most barbers are closed. I got them from Yelp of course from the phone call I spoke with Heather who was very pleasant and explained her my mistake she told me to come in they was walk in only we arrived and the wait wasn't long the young lady who actually cut my little guy hair was Lauren and she was not only patience and friendly but did an amazing job on my sons cut

The haircut wasn't really that good, I would recommend All Day barbershop they give immaculate haircuts, and this barbershop just didn't do it for me I payed 30 bucks to get a 20 minute haircut , which overall wasn't really that good

Amazingly talented stylists. They're always willing to go above and beyond. Even with staffing constraints and COVID restrictions that results in long waits, they still accommodate you and treat you like your the only one getting a haircut. Great environment

Xaviera was very pleasant and knew exactly what I wanted in my haircut. She is lively and nice to everyone at the store. She was working well under pressure as most customers kept coming in. Booked my appointment for my son and his bday to get a haircut, and we were next in line according to their list on flat screen TV, for some reason it got deleted and they took the person before me. I ask them why? they said they go by the list of their appointment lol. Wtf!! We left and took our business elsewhere. Never going to this place! Sports clips in La Quinta is awesome.

I'm unfortunately changing my rating for this business and going to look elsewhere next time I need a haircut. Too long of a wait, even though I checked in with the Sports Clips app and showed up on time. My son and I had similar appointment times with 2 different stylists. We waited for 40 minutes in our car after checking in, in person at our specified appointment times, and then another 15 minutes after receiving a text saying "our stylists are ready, come on in!" in the shop. My son had his haircut and was done while my stylist (Tyler) was still on the same client he had been working on the whole time. It seemed like Tyler was more enjoying his time with his client than cutting his hair, so I paid for my son's haircut and left without getting my much needed haircut since I had somewhere I needed to be and had already waited an hour and a half. 2 weeks later I still needed a haircut so I checked in with the app, showed up at my specified appointment time, and had to wait 45 minutes in my car then another 20 min in the shop for a mediocre haircut. Not worth the wait! Not even a little bit. My stylist didn't seem too happy with her job I learned through conversation, and the overall vibe in the shop was depressing. I deleted the sports clips app on my phone and the search for a regular place to get our haircuts continues.

LADIES...BEST KEPT SECRET..LADIES! I Know Sport Clips advertises as a Men's hair salon.. but guess what! SURPRIZE! The stylists give precision haircuts to WOMEN too and I mean with scissors! The stylists are trained to give precision cuts to EVERYONE! I have long hair and as a former stylist myself, I seek out diamond in the ruff haircutters. Kimberly gave me the best cut I've had in a long time! Communication and skill combined with a fun environment and great prices is a great and rare find. Give it a try.

I like all of it. The hot or cold towels, the relaxing hair wash, the fact that the place never smells like chemicals. Sport clips is solid and I would definitely recommend. Hopefully I can continue to afford this little bit of luxury that most guys don't realize they deserve. Get a double and try not to fall asleep.

Recommend adding a hot towel and massage weekly Melissa was great but so are the other staff on duty. Felt welcome. Not just another bill in the register like those other S**cut stores.

Just moved to Palm Springs and was looking for a great place to get a haircut.i found it. The place is clean and the employees are very friendly.Marianne gave me a perfect job all the way around. They even offer a clean up for free within 30 days if you not ready for a haircut. The price is fair for sure. Looking forward to return

I love Emily she is definitely an asset to a great establishment I've been going here for about a year and everybody knows my name and it's a great feeling when somebody calls you by your name when you walk in the door. They ask you how you are. I look forward to getting my haircut. Emily remembers everything we talked about in the past it's like catching up with a old friend. I don't even have to tell her what i want. I just sit down and we start chatting about everyday life while she works on my hair. I am a long time customer of Sport Clips in Palm Springs and Palm Desert. This is simply the best haircut experience hands down. Today, I brought my girlfriend in. She was sold after the hot towel and massage chair while getting shampoo. So relaxed. Now she's getting the haircut and I'm watching her just enjoying her experience. Great! One thing is certain... I have never had a bad cut with any of the stylists. If I can recommend one, Emily in Palm Springs does an amazing men's cut. And today proves that Sport Clips isn't just for guys.

Due to my frugal ways I have been the victim of some bad haircuts over the years. Sport clips on the other hand has been great. I have been here four times and have always gotten excellent service. The wait is minimal, the shop is clean and the prices are fair.

This is m regular hair cutting spot in Palm Springs as I split my time between here and AZ. In AZ I typically utilize a high-end salon and spa. At less than 50% of the cost - with some of the same extras such as scalp massage and warm or cold face towels with the MVP upgrade, this Sport Clips location is awesome. Quality and service are always amazing. Ask for Alex. She does an awesome job in addition to being very sweet and pleasant!

This place rocks for haircuts. I always pay for the season ticket MVP cut. $120 for 6 haircuts which includes cut, shampoo/scalp massage, warm face towel and shoulder massage. And the girls are awesome with cutting any style.

Great place, easy place to get to. Clean place and friendly staff. This has become my go-to place. Cost is about the same as SuperCuts, which this place has now replaced on my list. Love having the TV monitor giving me something to look at. Like the fact that they offer a shampoo (seat massage and steamed face towel) for an additional $3!

Just wanted to say Andrea did a great job on my hair usually won't get a haircut on road cause some people don't like to cut flat tops. Glad I did she did an amazing job from the beginning to the end.
