I called generator world to inquire about getting a generator hooked up to my well pump and spoke with Shad who was very knowledgeable and has provided excellent customer service . He was very patient with me and spent a lot of time in answering all my questions and concerns . He has gone above and beyond and I recommend this company. Unfortunately at the moment they are out of stock on the particular brand of generator I inquired about but Shad is doing a research for me where to find one as soon as possible . We have used this company several times for large and small projects. they have been quick to respond, with clear pricing. the service has always been excellent.

So disappointed at these guys who pretend to understand Burning Man principals. I will never do business with this company ever again. The main reason is that I got a quote that was supposed to be inclusive of services, generator, cabling, etc. However, when I handed off this deal to my team member to follow through GW changed the deal and started charging for cable and also added more cables to the contract. The funny and shameful thing is that they included tons of cable that was not even needed and wanted to charge for that as well. I am going to file a complaint to BM LLC as well to reconsider this entity when it comes to OSS and vendors. If you have to deal with GW as your last resort, make sure to have everything in writing as you cannot count on their words at all.
