Genovesa Island

Fantastic Island. Lots of birds. galapagos seagulls, red footed booby and Frigatebirds and you can walk up 2 meters away from nesting birds.

The great Darwin Bay Area was phenomenal!

This island in the Galapagos is as perfect as they come. The landing at prince Philip's steps is a little rough, but worth it. We saw many species of birds. The nesting area is amazing. I wish I had taken a wide shot to show the proliferation of birds around the trail. All pout photos are amazing, but they are all close ups, and do not catch the overwhelming experience of being in the middle of the nesting area.

The most amazing island. I came here during the cruise and it was saved for the last day because it was definitely the best. When you go up from Phillips steps and walk further down the path, your see more and more birds. Then you get to the view with thousands of birds flying around. We also saw owls resting in caves. Then we went to the beach in the afternoon where you can see plenty of sharks while snorkeling. When we walked down the path, the scenery is unreal and you just have to see it to believe it.

This place was very unique I can't explain it.
