WE LOVED THIS BOUTIQUE HOTEL. It is right next door to the Piazza Di Navona which is beautiful and located close to everything. Georgia the Hostess was fantastic. Her attention to detail and friendliness is the tops. She took care of so many things for us we can never thank her enough. She is a true Gem. ||The Hotel is in an old building on the third floor. Small, quiet and great attention to detail. The cab stand is right next to it and believe me you will need it. Never drive in Rome unless you are crazy!!! Georgia took care of getting us a private ride to the airport on our last day and it was perfect. Eddie the driver was charming. Certainly recommend staying here, you will love it.!!

My husband and I stayed here one night in Rome when we changed our plans and needed another hotel. The rooms, which are suites, were very clean and beautiful. It had a large, full bathtub and shower. The staff was very friendly, too. The breakfast was simple and good, but no egg dishes. We only shut the windows when we slept, and the room had air conditioning. The room was quiet if you had the windows shut because of the busy streets.

Room is spacious fitted with nice furniture. Atmosphere a little dark for my liking . Breakfast provided simple but adequate. Comfortable beds with a suits that can fit two adults on king bed and two single bed for the children. Location excellent walking distance to Spanish step, Fontana Trevi and the Pantheon. Is 30mins walk to Colloseum. Uber is handy here alternate transport is bus. Bus station in front of the hotel. Toilet a little small but is adequate

Recently spent 2 nights here and the first thing that comes to mind is what a great location. The Pantheon is a 5 minute walk away, the Vatican 10 minutes and the bus to the Colosseum stops right outside, or walk it in 25 minutes. ||Antonella was so friendly and helpful, she told us the best way to get everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was also fantastic, we choose to eat in our room at 08:30 both mornings. Like clockwork there was a knock on the door at exactly 08:30 and the staff brought a tray with a great selection of food.||Will definitely stay again.

I gotta say that this was an excellent choice hotel for our 3-day stay in Rome this January. My husband and I love walking when we travel and this location was perfect. It is right next to Piazza Navona and minutes away from every other main attraction (walking) and only 20 minutes to the Vatican City, we really enjoyed it. And even one of the days we came back early to freshen up (around 6pm), one of the amazing ladies that work there brought us some Prosecco and chips as aperitivo (see picture). This is included every day as much as you want but since we were never there we only enjoyed it once. Very clean and neat, great service overall!!!

After reading many positive reviews for this place I truly was looking forward to a fantastic stay. When we arrived I was quite surprised, but not pleasantly. ||||Firstly let me start by saying that the location was quite central and within easy walking distance of all major attractions. Piazza Navona was right around the corner and there are plenty of beautiful restaurants in surrounding streets which were perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. ||||I was quite surprised to receive an email from management in the days before my arrival stating that reception hours are 8am until 2:40pm, even though when booking I was informed reception was operative from 8am until 9pm. The email started that if were to arrive after this time we must check in at the hotel downstairs. I found this quite strange considering the hotel’s check in time only starts at 2pm.||||Upon arrival we headed to the first floor of the very rundown building at which we arrived, and checked in at the Suite Art Navona. The woman on this reception desk was absolutely lovely and showed us upstairs to the floor which our ‘hotel’ was located on. I use the term ‘hotel’ quite loosely as this small collection of bedrooms could by no stretch of the imagination be considered a hotel. ||||We had booked a deluxe double room, one of the better room categories of the hotel. There was nothing deluxe about the room we were given, it was extremely basic. We struggled to recognise the hotel from the pictures showcased online. The condition of the entrance was terrible. The woodwork, cabinetry and walls was extremely old, worn, and chipped. There was a tiny white stand which I assume functions as the reception desk during its limited operative hours. Around the corner lies the common area, a small dark room with a few lounges and a coffee machine. It does not appear the same as the online photos. We saw no evidence of the lovely reception area displayed online, this was until we were checking out and were taken to a different hotel across the hall to do so. Breakfast was adequate as expected and was delivered on time every morning. Unfortunately the wifi was also problematic as it regularly dropped out. ||||Overall Gens was comfortable however we were disappointed at the online misrepresentation, lack of reception and the poor condition of the ‘hotel’. I also don’t believe it should be marketed as a hotel, as it is far from it. We would not stay here again.

Nice, boutique style apartments (but not luxury) in a very good location. From here you can reach all sightseeings of Rome very easy and fast by foot.||Attention: rooms with windows to main street is very noisy, because they have a poor sound isolation. Breakfast is not like we are used to - it's very simple - coffee, croissant, yogurt, chopped fruits and snacks with nutella and jam.

We recently spent 2 nights ( not long enough ) here and were very pleased with the experience. The location is perfect for sightseeing as we were able to walk to all the major attractions and eating areas. The service is first class ( particularly Sara ) and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this establishment if you are planning to visit Rome.
