George Bass Motor Inn

The lady on reception was so lovely. She saved our bacon when we had nowhere to stay that evening. We have a very well behaved little dog, and she provided accommodations for us, when all the caravan parks and other accommodation was full up. The room was clean and tidy, with the standard, bed, kitchenette, bathroom, airconditioning that you would expect of a motel. The motel is across the road from the entertainment centre and parks, and close to other amenities. Thank you so much - five stars

Comfortable beds, Clean rooms, locate in a quiet complex. Unfortunately lack of curtains that block out the light is a dealbreaker though (they are mounted so far forward light shines in all around them all night). Staff here are friendly and approachable, even let me check in early. Rooms are simple but functional. Showers are hot, but water restrictions means water-savers are installed, which means low pressure unfortunately, but not a deal breaker, Good amount of parking on site. Not located super close to food, but a couple of minutes in the car will get you to a plethora of food options down the road. The lack of proper black-out curtain design brings this place down to 4/5 for me. Didn't sleep great as a result of the light pouring into the room all night. Install some blinds, guys!

It is a beautiful motel but the WIFi sucks!! The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette had everything we needed - it is older but beautiful and mostly clean - the staff member who checked us in was the happiest with the biggest smile - there were a couple of tiny issues with cleaning but overall it was good - if your not going to use the TV and have mobile data then it is perfect

These guys were great. Very friendly, and the room was great. We will certainly look at returning on our future travels.

Pefect lovely service rooms r amazing shops are near walking and driving distance), theres bbq, laundry ($4 load n $4 dryer)

No blackout curtains in the executive room so keep in mind the outside corridor lights still enters the room, this was an issue for us, just a mindful consideration.

We didn‘t stay at this hotel, because it was fully booked, but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful when we didn‘t have a place to stay for the night and helped us to find an alternative!!
