Nestled in a beautifully designed wooden building on the outskirts of Victoria, this gallery offers a captivating blend of artwork that celebrates the natural heritage and cultural richness of Seychelles. Many of the pieces evoke personal memories for me — scenes of familiar places I once visited, now transformed over time, yet preserved on canvas with vivid detail and emotion. The setting is ideal for immersing oneself in the paintings, each thoughtfully displayed to highlight its story and connection to our islands. The works span both nature and culture, from serene landscapes to depictions of everyday life, making it a treasure trove for anyone passionate about Seychelles’ heritage. A special mention goes to Sheila, the sales manager, whose knowledge, warmth, and enthusiasm make the experience even more memorable. She is a wonderful advocate for the artist and his creations, engaging visitors with genuine passion and insight. Whether you’re a local revisiting memories or a visitor discovering Seychelles for the first time, this gallery is a must-see.

Situated in a magnificently restored traditional Seychellois home, the George Camille Gallery is a must on any itinerary in Victoria! The art work on display is the most amazing collection of work by local artist George Camille. His vibrant work, in many different media, captures the creole island life. The work is beautifully displayed in various rooms throughout the house. A wonderful cool, calm space to enjoy this magnificent exhibition! Sheila, the gallery manager, was friendly & so knowledgeable about the work on display. I'll definitely be visiting the gallery again before I leave the Seychelles.

A superb gallery presenting the works of Georges Camille from different periods, deeply rooted in the nature of the Seychelles with a more spiritual evolution towards the marine world, original works, lithographs, etc. Stop at this pretty little hut, you won't be disappointed.

Nice small gallery made from wood. The paintings are beautiful and are great expressions of the Seychelles! There are small or big ones and made with different types of technique like Aquarell, copper, print, canvas... there is also a tiny Cafe inside, which has good crepes, coffee, fresh juices. The staff is really professional and very nice! We might be back to buy a painting.

The most beautiful traditional house with inspiring art anyone would wish to have in their home. I had the pleasure of meeting the lady that works there and she was very polite and kind, greeting everyone with a smile and offering explanations for all my questions.
