George Hotel Limerick City

The bed was really nice, breakfast was good but staff not great. Service questionable. Great location but no view from our upgraded room (king bed was super nice). Great area for walking around - close to nice bar / restaurants and shopping area. Parking was onsite so really helpful.

Stayed here Sunday night and room was lovely , enjoyed the complimentary coffees and chocolates in the room. Breakfast was included and was lovely but I did ask if the chef could make veggie version of the full Irish as an alternative to the “Veggie breakfast” as it was fried asparagus and fried courgette.. Just a small suggestion as people who don’t eat meat still like food 🤣 there’s nothing appealing to me about fried asparagus for breakfast.

Loved our stay here. The staff were welcoming and cheery. The service in the restaurant was first class. The food was wonderful with a top class menu of choices. We will definitely be back

As usually stayed with the tour group in George Hotel and must admit that this place was quite impressive. Rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Hotel is modern style, restaurant very cosy. The food is very good and very well presented. The hotel is located very close to the city centre and many venues can be accessed by foot.

Great hotel. The Rooms were nice and clean the bed was very comfortable and they have air conditioning as well. The breakfast was good too. They have a little bar for nightcaps as well. Location was very good for the city of Limerick. We had an awesome stay and would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay here ! Parking not far very convenient. Rooms spacious , service very good and the bar staff were excellent. Walking distance to all attractions. Highly recommended.

My husband and I went here with a group of students. We stayed 2 weeks. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. We never had a bad dish. Morning breakfast buffet was well attended staff very kind and always available to assist you. Our room was comfortable and reasonable with space. The curtains and furniture were a little warn but hey...how much time do you spend in your room anyway. |Import things to remember, room was clean, beds comfortable, food was great and staff are very helpful.

We start will with the positive the waiting staff at breakfast was lovely, the rooms were clean and nice but there was an issue with it. Now for the negative on checking in no customer service we felt like we were in inconvenience with the lady key you need to access the lift and check out is 11 am I replied with 11 am yes 11am, gave us no information then to the room we the issue was the noise outside the window so had no seal on it so we could here outside as we found out when we came back to the hotel at night time very little sleep and then to breakfast and told there is supplements on some of the items never hard that before specially after paying 200 euros for the night. Told if you wanted tea or coffee you must go to the machine and get it the Q was big it was a nightmare over all not great I was disappointed
