My family and I, including our 1 year old daughter, stayed for a 3 night stay at the George Hotel between Thrusday the 13th and Sunday the 16th November 2025.
Unfortunately the clean room and tasty breakfast did not compensate for the lack of care and attention regarding meeting the NEEDS of our young family!
On our final night dated Saturday the 15th of November 2025, we experienced a huge lack of service and care from someone who we were told could ask for help at the reception during the evening to provide milk for our baby. However we met with a very rude and careless attitude that I do not wish any parent with children to come across whilst on holiday.
The individual who refused to give her name upon request from my husband after refusing to give milk for our daughter from a communal fridge when needed overnight, due to NO NIGHT RECEPTION, and NO MINI FRIDGE IN ROOM! She refused to provide it when requested and instead told us it was our problem to find a way to feed our BABY daughter late at night!!! We felt ABOUNDED and NEGLECTED! We paid not only for a room but also a service, that we did not get!
The hotel does NOT have a mini fridge like other hotels, which meant that there was nowhere to keep the milk fresh and was not able to drink after short time laying out on the table for a child to drink!
The small British hotel situated in the heart of London, are NOT suitable for family with young children who may need snacks and drinks throughout the holiday, due to POOR management when needed, DO NOT provide the absolute basics required including 24hr reception for health & safety and meeting the NEEDS of customers!! And the room lacking the space for minimum comfort for all!
Being a family run business should NOT give the excuse of providing the BEST care and SERVICE to your customers!

WE WANT TO ENSURE NO YOUNG FAMILY EXPERIENCE THE SAME AS US NEXT TIME
