A fabulous pub in a lovely country setting can only be bettered by one that has superb, friendly staff and scrummy food - this it, look no further!
Three choices of Sunday roast were had by us - chicken, pork belly & the trio of meats including beef. All served with huge yorkshires, roast parsnips, carrots & potatoes & accompanied by the most decadent, flavoursome & glossy gravy 😋
2 puddings were had, a sticky toffee & the days special of a caramel & whisky sponge - both served with vanilla ice cream.
The stars of the meal were clearly the gravy & the sticky toffee pudding.
Very attentive & everyone friendly staff.
This is clearly a pub that sells out its covers, so it's highly recommended to book.
