A really wonderful stay. I arrived late at night and the hotel arranged for someone to meet me off my carriage and took me to the hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful - very thematic. Comfortable bed and the bath was perfect. A great view and perfectly located. The breakfast was good. I will be back soon.

I had a wonderful experience at the George hotel, they treated me with care and the personnel was always very polite and helpful. I stayed there for 4 nights during October 2024. The central position in the city makes it ideal for tourists. The historical building is very beautiful.

Super hotel. £40 a night including breakfast.. got a large room nice breakfast and great service from Yullii, she was awesome. Perfect central location and easy relaxing place. Great old vibe. Free WiFi and always electricity and hot water. Highly recommended.

This review is written on behalf of my mom Nadia, who spent about 2 months staying in hotel George, room 15. She says that Hyatt, Marriott hotels …etc are Pathetic in terms of the quality of service she got at George . Super high level service, cozy rooms, great ambience and delicious breakfast which was included in the cost. Very impressive! If we return to Lviv, we will ONLY stay in George hotel. Beautiful hotel, very professional and helpful staff working there. Thank you to everyone for making my mom’s stay so comfortable and happy.

The hotel itself is very charming old building. Definitely hope they never make the mistake of modernising the décor. Rooms are large, wifi is good. The reception is 24 hours even these days during curfew. Important if you're arriving late. Many places during the war aren't open late at night and you have to call them and hope they wake up. But here you can just knock on the door and the bellboy is there. Location is great too

The beautiful old George Hotel. Perfect location in the very heart of the city. ||Why would you take the lift when you can walk up that marvellous staircase. You can only wonder what it was like in its full grandeur but here in wartime it is an oasis of peace. ||The room a dated but grand. Ok, it takes a while for the hot water to arrive in the shower, but for a building like this it's ok.||Did I mention that the breakfast is fantastic with so much choice and so much local variety

The building itself is more than 120 y.o. and ia absolutely special. If won't find luxury here, but the setting is special, with marble stairs, heavy wooden doors, gorgeous hall. Service is perfect as well, so is the breakfast. I will definitely come back.

The stay was indeed good. Location is great, hotel is historic. Atmosphere is charming and you can really feel the sense of time. Breakfast was good too, same as overall service and cleanliness. What should be improved is the security. Hotel uses old keys system, which should be substituted to electronic key system. Overall enjoyed the stay
