I had booked the room just for 4 hours and they had so much issues asked for hard copies and not willing to take soft copies asked for 4-5 other documents when no where it was mentioned.... horrible staff behaviour...kept calling us before checkout wasn't allowing me to take more than one luggage asked me for more documents stating SIR policy...no other hotels asked for so much...just the worst experience

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and spoke very disrespectfully. Instead of helping, they argued and behaved as if customers don’t matter. Hospitality was completely missing. I will never visit again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Please never visit to this hotel..because of the following reason from my experience. 1. They will take your original adhar card until you checked out from the hotel. 2. Bathroom is too dirty and no space to bath properly. 3. Staffs behavior are so humulating, you would feel like you are forced to stay on this hotel and there is no other hotel in the universe. 4. Gates are closed after 10PM, if by any chance you got late at night with your partner. Then you have to knock hotel's main door again and again and then a Staff will come to open the door.
