Georgiana Molloy Motel

We were travelling to Albany. No rush staying at various locations from Perth. Stop at Augusta. Nice looking area, saw the motel. The room was huge. Lovely private terrace. Spotlessly clean, with additional blankets. Cooker, microwave, fridge and tv all in working order. Bathroom a little dated, but piping hot water and a super strong shower.. coffee tea,milk all provided. No complaints. Very comfortable bed. We would definitely return if we travelled this way again. Thank you for a great 3 nights.

Honestly, this stay was pretty disappointing. The reception staff had a bad attitude and were not friendly. When I arrived, my reservation wasn’t properly confirmed, which was frustrating and It felt like a total waste of time. On top of that, the gas stopped working during my stay, and I had to wait for it to be fixed. There were also almost no amenities provided — there wasn’t even a small bar of soap. The experience didn’t meet expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We booked out 3 rooms for two nights and must say it was great value for money. Rooms where very clean and with basic kitchen ,microwave and crockery saved us 3 blokes with getting back late from fishing heating up meals. I would highly recommend staying at this motel. We loved the motel, our room was incredible! And the attention of the owner was exceptional ❤️ he took care of us even when we arrived very late and he is a very sweet and helpful person. The room was very well equipped, it had a big kitchen with all the utensils, fridge, big bathroom, big TV, very comfortable king bed and an additional smaller one! It even had a sofa. And at a good price! We totally recommend it!!!

I was traveling with the car sightseeing Southwest Australia and Augusta was on my way. I just needed a place to pass the night and this motel was one of the most economic in the region. Still a bit pricey for one person but for two it is perfect. You have all the amenities, rather good wifi connection, a table and a couple of chairs in the terrace, fridge, kitchen and the room was very clean. I definitely recommend this place.

The room is bright and spacious with kichenette. It is old and dusty. James is helpful or at least trying to. There is coin operated laundry and dryer. Car park is free right in front of the room. It is very close to eateries and groceries store. The problem is the worms that keep coming into the room at night. There are dozens of it. James said it is the season for them to come out. The solution is to turn off the light because these worms are attracted to light (I guess). After the light is off, only 3 worms came in from outside the room. Other than the worms, the place is ok.

reception was very accomodating, we got the last room at 5.55pm on christmas eve.

Last minute booking and I arrived at 4pm. The guy had my booking and was on top of the online stuff unlike last time.|The room is immaculate and very spacious. |Value for money is 100% and more.|Location is perfect. |The one and only drama I had this time was finding the main light switch. I don’t feel like a total idiot as it’s hidden behind the key that activates it hehe! |Overall….. wonderful well equipped place.
