0% vibes, 100% rules. More like staying at a boarding school than a travellers hostel. Guests spoken to like children by the owner, be prepared for an inquisition and rules lecture on arrival. This is a pure money play venture and the atmosphere shows it. The old place may as well be haunted. Other than that, the beds are super comfy and clean, good amenities and location is great, secure parking, strictly no dogs allowed; even though my dog stayed in the car overnight I was told to park in the street. You get the picture. Owner is nuts, shouted at me first thing in the morning again about my dog, that her dogs will “literally” be killed if they smell his wee. The only backpackers in town, unfortunately.

Love this place! The building has the most amazing “old” charm with high ceilings, everything is so clean, it’s calm, safe and amazing location. Manager Pippa is so lovely.

Loved my stay here. Location is perfect across the street from the beach, easy to check into, comfy beds and fantastic water pressure in the shower. Even after I made an error and didn’t arrange early check out, they were able to accomodate me and have me check out and get my key deposit back to me same day. Highly recommend staying here if ever in Geraldton.

What a lovely hostel! I stayed in hostels all over the world and this has been the best kitchen ever! Clean with spices and a lot of utensils. The building itself is beautiful, very clean and right across from the beach. Definitely not a party hostel but a very safe and comfortable stay! I would recommend it to anyone and stay again :) thanks pipa!

The best BP in WA so far for me. The lady at front is nice and so friendly, beautiful building, clean and tidy room, quiet, good shower and big and safe parking behind the building. No complains!

The owner is friendly and takes the time to make sure you are comfortable. Exceptionally clean rooms and bed sheets and bathrooms, etc. I will stay again on my travels.

My husband stayed here last night. Such a lovely receptionist, and two beautiful little dogs.
