DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Booked a single night to stop on the drive up to broome , was charged $203 for $195 booking , they gave us a 3 bedroom unit instead of a 2 bedroom unit and then charged us and kept the $203 bond that they took from my card apon check in without telling me with no email.or call to say they were doing so. Their policy says $25 pwr extra bed if they really want to charge me and do it correctly I emailed and asked why , they said because we used the extra bed so lost the entire bond. Disgraceful. I should of checked other reviews before booking. Seems there is many complaints about this property. Its shame , they are nice little units but obviously run very badly and unpressionally

Hot water lasts 5 minutes, and takes 30+ min to return. We couldn’t shower everyone so had to shower kids at a relative’s home. I feel this should have been disclosed somewhere. Rusted showers, stained cupboards and carpets, dodgy back sliding doors that could easily be opened if someone tried. There were layers of dust on the pipes behind the stove - very visible and very accessible to be able to clean as it is a stand alone stove that can be moved. Oven was nasty. Walls and light switches had built up grime and food splashes. We were accused AND charged for taking a single pillow without being informed until I requested an explanation as they took $80 from my account (mind you, there’s a $100 cleaning deposit). Luckily we thought ahead and took before and after photos! After several days of emailing we were refunded and offered a discount for our next stay. Would not recommend due to uncleanliness, being charged without prior notice, not being provided an explanation until I kept requesting one. There was also no notice of when the remaining cost of the booking would be debited, just an estimate of “about a week before your stay” so you are expected to hold such a large amount in your card if you’ve booked online. For $500 p/night this hotel is way below standard. We were so disappointed.

We booked several nights stay online at this hotel and in our booking request we let them know that I have an assistance dog. We received an email from the hotel saying no pets allowed in this hotel and we reached out to them and said about my assistance dog again and we were instantly told we aren’t welcome there with our assistance dog. 😢😡😡😡😡😡😡 They said sorry for any inconvenience too us,absolutely disgusting service from this hotel towards someone who has an assistance dog,in Australia under the assistance dog law we are not supposed to be refused,but this hotel couldn’t careless about my assistance dog or myself. I am so disappointed with the situation,appalling and disgusting service from this hotel. 😡😡😡😡😢 We have stayed in many places ALL around Australia 🇦🇺 and we have never had any issues with my dog whatsoever anywhere. It isn’t the only Hotel in Geraldton WA that did this too me and my assistance dog,absolutely heartbroken and very disgusted service from this place……….! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎😡😡👎👎👎👎👎

The lady at the front office was very rude and not welcoming at all. From the moment we arrived it felt like she didn’t want to help. Customer service at the front desk definitely need improvement. Would not Recommend based on this experience

The heater cum air conditioning unit was situated only in the living room. The rooms are basic and a bit outdated. On the plus side, it is on the quiet side.

We came in a bit late and the Ocean west accommodation has already sent a text message with the location of our units key. The place is very clean and has 3 bedrooms. The shower and toilets are separate. Each accommodation unit has its own parking space as well.
