Geraldton's Ocean West Holiday Units

We came in a bit late and the Ocean west accommodation has already sent a text message with the location of our units key. The place is very clean and has 3 bedrooms. The shower and toilets are separate. Each accommodation unit has its own parking space as well.

Comfortable place to stay. Plenty of space. Lovely pool and barbecue area. Staff friendly and helpful - especially Tash. Thank you

The provider primarily provides separate bungalows as accommodation, but also has at least one type of single room with bathroom/toilet on offer and my review refers only to this. The room is on the first floor of the building, which also houses the reception. The accommodation is clean and functional, the bed is spacious and comfortable. There is no service in the sense of the word, and the single room is more like a holiday apartment than a hotel room. There is no restaurant attached, but that is not a problem in this town. Unfortunately a bit unpleasant: if someone runs the water in adjacent rooms, you can hear it quite loudly.

We did wash all the dishes and placed them properly and waited for them to be air dried. We keep the room very clean , and take out all the trash when we check out . The washing basin is leaking the water , I even clean the drawer for the hotel , but they did extra charge because I did not use the tea towel to dry the dishes , I am very disappointed to this place . But they insist on giving us extra charge50 AU for the unreasonable reason they provide. (We spent our nights in totally 6 different places during the stay in Australia, no other resort or hotels asked for the same or even similar tasks as you did .

Clean and comfortable accommodation in a lovely part of town. So nice to be so close to the beach and has its own pool too. Our unit was clean and well set out. Good BBQ facilities and nice small playground making it a good choice for us with young children. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay!

I stepped into the hotel room and was greeted by a comfortable, albeit dated, atmosphere. Despite the room's age, it exuded a sense of coziness that I found welcoming. As I approached the front desk, I was met with friendly and helpful staff who provided me with useful guidance on where to go and what to see nearby. The hotel's location was ideal, situated close to many of the main attractions and restaurants that the area had to offer.

Stayed in a one bedroom unit for the night(7). Great location, nice and quiet, clean, fair price and staff were great with booking and my enquiries for parking my vehicle and large trailer. Only down side was the small hot water system leaving you waiting to take a shower which was a bummer after a long day. But all in all its not a bad place to choose.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom for 2 nights over New Years. No staff at reception during check in but wasn't a problem as they were in contact with clear directions on where to get keys. Room was a bit dated but everything was in working order and cozy. A/C in the living room was cold and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Place was clean and we used the kitchen for some basic cooking, only missing some oil/salt/pepper if you plan on cooking.
