Getap

If you’re in the mood to try old meat and the worst Spas you can imagine, then by all means, come to Getap. I visited this place about 8 years ago and had one of the best dining experiences: kind staff, delicious food, and warm hospitality. Sadly, revisiting it now has completely ruined that memory.

I had an impromptu lunch there. The restaurant is large and beautifully situated, with a river or body of water flowing alongside the dining area. While some areas of the water were stagnant and unclean, the overall setting was pleasant. The food was average; I wasn't particularly fond of the fish. There's ample open space, perfect for children to play, and many picturesque spots for photographs. In summary, it's a decent place to visit if you prioritize attractive scenery and don't mind average food.

Such a scenic place to eat. Love the food but ambience and location is stunning. Must visit place when you are in Dijilan

I did not come here to eat or sleep but rather admire the nature of mountains and rivers with a man made wooden village-like scenery. It is very beautiful but I wish yhey cleaned up the trash everywhere along the river. It's such a shameful place to dump your garbage. I wish I had more time in Dilijian as this place would look spectacular in the evening or nighttime. Maybe next year.

Fantastic location, nice wooden huts hidden among the trees on the bank of the river. We had a wonderful time here, the food was tasty, the service was OK.

The place design is magnificent ! However the staff are so rude and gave us the cheque while we were eating. It takes from the beauty of the nature of the place. The chicken kebab was so tasty but another kind of chicken was so dry and we didn’t order it.. the waitress added it, made us paid for it also. I wish service was better here It’s such a beautiful place Prices are super affordable by the way !

We went to the restaurant here based on a local recommendation. The experience in a nutshell is bad. The food was the worst we had in Armenia during a 7 day trip, (you can taste the fire lighter liquid on the bbq, the dips are mostly packed tomato paste, the salad was stale). The service was super slow, the restaurant is huge but is run by a couple of waiters only. Very pushy to order more stuff, and very pushy with asking for a tip. It seems like the place has seen better days, but is now a popular tourist trap. On top of all the above, the prices are higher than what we paid in 5* restaurants in Yerevan
