Postcard Cabins Eastern Catskills

I've been obsessed with these Cabins since 2018! I'm from NY so my posts are Catskills East, Catskills West and Machimoodus, CT (Sp). I've been to all 3 but my favorite location is Catskills East. However, the last 2 times that Id booked a cabin my experience was pretty unpleasant. Well, I've just returned home today from yet ANOTHER stay at my favorite cabins and this trip truly exceeded my expectations. Before I checked into my cabin on Sunday, 4/20/25, I'd left a message with management regarding my last unpleasant stay and I had requested a cleaner cabin in a more secluded section. Welllllll, upon my arrival I was pleasantly surprised to see that not only was my request granted but they upgraded me to the cabin that has the hammock, string lights and outdoor kitchen island. OMGGGGGG IT WAS AMAAAAZING ❤️🥰❤️ I was so incredibly grateful because they did NOT have to do that. If you're wondering whether or not you should book a stay, DO IT!! If you love camping, clamping, and just being out in nature then you need to go here. It's a total reset!! I will NEVER stop coming here 🥰🥰🥰 YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

I stayed here around 3 days and everything was great. The room was clean, there were no bugs or any issues. The room included everything important, except hair dryer, which is fine. I think the most important thing is cleanliness for me and this place has the right for 5 star. Also, their customer service was helpful, even it took a while.

Too expensive after Marriott acquisition. My wife and I have been coming here 1-2x/year since Covid. It's been our favorite long weekend destination - a charming, quiet little place with gorgeous views. Since becoming owned by Marriott, the main difference seems to be the price. Judging by the Internet Archive, we likely paid $400 for a three night stay in 2022. Checking today, the cheapest two night (Fri-Sun) stay I could find was $643 before taxes+fees. This seems to be the trend with Marriott acquisitions. We absolutely loved the giant picture windows and in-room bathroom with shower. The kitchenettes are small, but serviceable if you come prepared. Overall, it's great - but $350/night is an egregious price for a trailer in the woods. This is disappointing.

This was the perfect birthday getaway—so relaxing with absolutely breathtaking views! Did I mention how peaceful it is? If you’re a nature lover, you’ll love it. Plus, the room was beautifully decorated for my birthday, which is an option when booking!

Stayed for two nights with our dog and overall had a good experience to disconnect. Unfortunately, had heavy rain during our stay and we couldn’t take advantage of the outdoor space and the cabin itself was a bit tight for our needs. The missing star is due to the rough access road that filled with potholes

Stayed at the Beatrice cabin with my wife from 2/4/25 - 2/6/25, which was pretty great. The 1 star comes due to the awful customer service. I left my coat behind. I filed a lost item complaint. My item was thankfully found. I paid $49.75 on 2/11/25 for 2 day shipping via fed ex. Today is 2/20/25 and my item has yet to be shipped. I made a request on the website and received a text back by a person that didn’t read my request because they asked me to file a lost item report. If they had read my request, they would have seen my lost item report ID, and that I mentioned the item was found and supposed to be shipped. After a lot of back and forth that led no where I asked to speak to a supervisor which led to the end of the text messages. All I want is my item back and postcard cabins has no one that can give me a call back.

I love staying here when I’m in the area. These tiny houses are so comfortable and private. Minimalist living, they make you feel calm.

This is our 2nd time staying with postcard(first was in New Hampshire). Everything was great except the bed was super hard so we didn’t get great sleep. In addition, we bought 150$ worth of groceries at Hannafords down the road so we can cook breakfast, lunch, etc but the electric stoves did not work well. It took us 45 minutes to make some scrambled eggs because the stove doesn’t get hot enough to cook efficiently.
