The staff is AMAZING
The staff truly are fantastic, friendly, professional, and always trying their best to help. Unfortunately, the management seems focused on squeezing every possible profit out of the property, and it shows.
The lobby itself looks nice. It’s not very large, but it’s compact and perfectly adequate for a 4-star hotel. However, management has chosen to place four third-party vendor stands inside the lobby. The vendors operate in a souk-style manner, calling out “my friend, my friend” to every single guest entering or leaving the hotel, trying to sell perfume, scarves, and other items. It becomes exhausting very quickly.
This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel where guests come to relax, not a marketplace where you are repeatedly pressured to buy something every time you walk through the lobby.
The elevator system is extremely inefficient and urgently needs to be replaced. During peak hours, you should expect to wait 15–20 minutes, even for an empty elevator.
The rooms are also in need of refurbishment. They are equipped with a kitchen island and a stove, yet cooking is strictly forbidden, which makes the setup rather pointless.
On the plus side the views of the room are amazing.
Breakfast is barely acceptable for a 4-star hotel, take it if it’s in the price but don’t overpay much for it
All in all, the staff are doing everything they can, but they are clearly limited by poor management decisions.
