Had the best experience ordering a gift with the Ghiaia team. The package had been sitting with UPS and without hesitation the Ghiaia team overnighted me a replacement so I would have the package on time to give as a gift. Excellent customer service which is just so rare these days. Thank you so much!

I visited Ghiaia hoping to find some unique home decor pieces. The items are stylish and good quality but I found the prices a bit on the higher side. Overall it’s a nice spot if you’re looking for something specific or a special gift, but I probably wouldn’t make it my go-to place for everyday shopping.

Rude experience entering and wanting to shop. The guy working the store was extremely attentive to two women who came in before and after me but wasn’t interested in giving me the time of day. Not sure if it’s because I’m a younger black guy but I felt unwelcome. Nice looking store but what’s the point

Incredible store with a passionate and talented owner

I've attempted to visit Ghiaia Cashmere twice now. Traveling up from LA to their Pasadena store only to first find a handwritten note saying that they had closed early for the day and the second time to be greeted by a locked door and someone telling me they were already closed for the day in order to rearrange the store merchandising. Both times were within their business hours listed on Google, and although their social media account is very active with stories each day, I never saw any indication of these closures on their page. Incredibly disappointed in the store's management and the inconsiderate treatment of potential customers. I will not be making a third attempt.

Wonderful store ran by sweet and knowledgeable staff. The cotoni and cashmere sweaters are like no other. Thank you Davide for the impeccable service and hospitality and, of course, the perfect espresso!

What an absolutely beautiful store, this is how everyone should shop. The displays are well curated, the hospitality is beyond what you can imagine and every corner of the store has unique family touches that make you feel like you're at home. From quality espresso while you shop to the finest of men's clothing. This is the store men's clothing dreams are made up of.
