Our tour guide, Mother of Life, was an absolute treat! She was very informative, personable, and you can tell she’s passionate about sharing these stories and history behind her city🖤 She played jams in between the walks to different stops which was a nice touch. If you have the pleasure of doing the Killers and Thrillers tour with her, you’ll be in for the biggest plot twist of your life at the end of the tour 👀👀

Uma was passionate about NOLA. It was very evident that she cared about the city and her audience members. She was very knowledgeable and experienced. I would’ve preferred that she would’ve kept the tour at 90 min. She was long winded and our tour took 2 hours.

Very informative and fun and our guide was a whole experience!!! Knowing that our drinks were coming from places steeped in history and culture, and even passing by cultural leader's homes like Madame Laveau was amazing.

Lis the Tour Guide was phenomenal! The stories were consuming! There was a little girl in our group (not with us) and she was patient and friendly with her, answering her questions as well as engaging the adults as we traveled from location to location. She was also able to give us excellent options to finde pralines and beingets. As an added bonus: Lisa told us that sometimes if you take pictures in the French Quarter, blurry camera phots can be indicators of ghosts or spiritual phenomena, and scrolling through my camera roll there is immediately one blurry photo (at the Lalaurie Mansion) out of twelve from before she told us. Even if isn't real (and I think it is) that was timed too perfectly.

Cassandra was our guide for the haunted pub crawl and she was so great! You can tell she loves her job and she has a passion for her city in her bones. I learned a lot of historical information so this crawl is actually great for history buffs as well. Would return for another tour!
