Gia Minh Hand-made Noodle Bistro

Must go on the island! It surpassed our expectations, it should definitely be more popular, the chef CAN COOK :) My big recommendations: wonton soup (dumplings in the broth!!), morning glory with beef (crunchy and a lot of umami from beef) and lekima&coconut ice cream (not too sweet, creamy consistency, just perfect), pineapple + passion fruit juice (no ice and sugar) Other highlights: the jam on the banana cake was just super delicious and the shrimps in the noodles were super juicy. Fried tofu was ok, but I wouldn’t order it again A cute family business and perfect ambiance!

Flavour of the noodles was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend! Service was very good. Portion size was good. And a gorgeous cat and dog to admire while you eat!

Stumbled upon this cute Bistro for supper. We had the Thai Beef Salad, Japanese style noodle and wonton pork noodle soup. All was excellent and the hibiscus juice is great too. Service was fantastic. Very glad we found this gem.

I got there pretty early and had this furry guest join me for dinner. The young lady waiting on me did the cooking also til another gentleman arrived. She was awesome and on top of it. Had the hand-made noodles, spicy tofu, and sauted morning glories... really well done. It's definitely a family run restaurant in the best kinda way. I had a young man about 4-5 and asked me my name and what I was eating...sauted spicy tofu... he tried one but didn't like it! His uncle tried to shoe him away, but his mother arrived on a scooter and whisked him away! Hilarious! Give this place a try they are real and generous as you could hope any locals to be!!!

Great place to eat on Con Dao. The steak was cooked perfectly with an excellent pepper sauce and accompanied by fresh well prepared seasonal vegetables. The papaya salad was also delicious. Funky retro 60s French tunes playing and excellent, friendly service.

Chef and staff and food are amazing! Because it’s situated on a covered patio is you sit too close to the Main Street there is a distinct smell of where people/animals have urinated. We moved to the center of the space and solved that problem! The food we tried: wonton soup - amazing Lobster bisque- good Shrimp fried noodle - excellent Chicken fried noodle - excellent

Very nice service, good music & simple bistro design. I’d like to recommend their food, but most dishes are a bit strange. Wanton noodle is passable (wanton meat is marinated with a bit strong fish sauce??). Bolognese noodle & minced meat also has a strange & strong taste. Veg dishes are a salty as usual. Chips, coffee, fried noodle with seafood are better.
