By far the best restaurant I visited during my stay in Italy - fantastic food and amazing prices! We managed to get there before it got really busy and were seated immediately. It only cost around €15 each for a starter, main and 0.5lt wine between two. Definitely a hidden gem of the city and deserves the queue waiting to be seated to dine here. Fair warning the grande pizza is HUGE - I would definitely recommend sizing to the medium on this one.

Super authentic pizzeria in Rome! You are treated warmly here and even in all the hustle and bustle there is a warm atmosphere! The prices are more than fair and the food is delicious! This is the real Rome, not the tourist stalls around it. We would love to come back!

This place was great! As a tourist I wanted to get a more local experience and this was it! When we arrived it was packed, which was a great sign. We waited only a brief moment and got seated. The waiter was great and gave us his genuine recommendations. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was that of a true local restaurant. Would highly recommend. They have a picture of with Keanu Reeves who visited on wall. Could not recommend more!

We flew to Italy with our family and chose this restaurant as the first place to eat because it was very close to our hotel — and after spending two weeks here, I can honestly say it's the best restaurant we've been to. The food is delicious and affordable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It's one of the few places where we truly felt at home. Everyone was treated equally and kindly, which, unfortunately, wasn't the case in many other places we visited. But here, the atmosphere was always warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area. If I lived here, I’d come every day! And next time I visit Italy, I will definitely come back.

Great food and a super local restaurant. I enjoyed having the salami pizza and the prosciutto with mushrooms. Dessert was the bomb.com tiramisu & torta mimosa

Please go at the begining of the afternoon program at 7 pm otherwise after 8 the place is full with locals. Authentic Italy! Panacota is a must...

Wonderful people and food. It is authentic for Italian food and is not expensive, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their cuisine. Highly recommended to visit this restaurant in Rome.(is better to make a reservation before)

Absolutely outstanding and unforgettable experience! The food is delicious and the service is very attentive and friendly. This is a family-run place with rich history and unmatched warm atmosphere and Italian home-cooking. I was also watching employees and they all seem genuinely happy and it translates into superb service. I have never seen anything like this before to be honest. I dined there two times and it has been truly unforgettable experience both times. Thank you so much for great food and wonderful experience!!!

This was the absolute best place we've eaten at during our trip to Rome. The place has an inviting, home like environment. When we arrived the place was filled with locals, who appeared to be having the best time. There was lots of drinking and talking, and many smiles. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The service here is great!! We were well taken care of and the food arrived in a timely manner. It was hot and fresh, and ready to eat. We ordered the fettuccine with meat sauce, bruschetta, and a sausage pizza. Everything was delicious! For dessert we had a slice of cheesecake and a tiramisu. Both were great, and left us wanting more! When the bill arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that it was only $42. I wish I had visited this place at the start of our trip, we would have dined here almost every night!!

Im currently making this review during my experience. First off, half of my family's food came ( family of 9 ) Im still waiting on my only dish wish is pasta. One of my family members has their food but still has not received their salad to go with their main dish, then everyone else getting their food . The service is very poor, because they're making me feel like they forgot us, they also keep making excuses for their lack of service. On the other hand they're very nice and welcoming, but I personally think food should be the main priority at a restaurant. One waiter doesn't understand anything, the worst thing of all is that when they just came around they didn't even know what was going on. The ambiance is pretty but still doesn't help my review. Finally after going up to the server, we got our food. But it wasn't worth the endless waiting, I could only imagine what GR would say. Final, one of my family members never got a part of their food, meaning that her food wasn't completed they even charged for the food that never arrived. I don't recommend for because they definitely showed us that they can't handle lots of people, big groups or family's.

Very special.... the best spicy pizza that the super nice grey hair waiter recommended. Our second pizza. It was too late to take a picture of our first pizza.... haha.... almost too late for this one.... will definately come back again.... highly recommended

Great pizza but even better service!!! The man who greeted us (tall, gray haired man with glasses) made us feel such at home! Just. A few steps from where we were staying too!! Which was even better!!!! We got 3 pizzas!!! All tasted great. Warning for everyone!! Remember that pepperoni is not pepperoni in Italy. If you ask for pepperoni they will give you a pizza with sweet peppers! Ask for hot salami! I promised the sweet waiter that we were going to come by the next day for lunch. However we didn't get the chance too.... Next time Rome!! Next time Grey hair waiter!!!

Without any tourists (without myself). Staff is mostly from family. The atmo is a little bit frozen regarding the terrible white eco light. We ate a wonderful paella (in Italy!) and good gnocchi amatriciana. Vino della casa rosso is great for me but the espresso could be better.
