Giacomo Caffè

What a lovely place to take a breather from a busy day of sightseeing in Milan. I enjoyed the drinks, the food and the atmosphere. The waiters were attentive too. I went there every day of my stay in Milan. All in all, I would love to visit again if I happen to stay in Milan next time!

I had a wonderful experience at Giacomo Caffè. We ordered the apple pie, and it was so delicious that I had to order a second one! We also tried a few of the mini desserts, and they were just as amazing. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, making it a perfect place to relax. The coffee was great too. I would definitely recommend this café!

Great atmosphere, food and coffee absolutely gorgeous. Nothing to add more other than it is very close to duomo cathedral and it opens early than other cafe.

Traditional ambience, friendly staff, good coffee and good croissants 🥐 Really central cafe in the Palazzo reale but still away from the crowds of Duomo. We had late breakfast and we enjoyed the atmosphere!

We hosted an event at the Giacomo inside the Palazzo Reale and it has been absolutely a great choice. Beautiful bohemienne cafe and patisserie, quite cosy and elegant at the same time. Nice food, drinks and the staff is very kind and helpful!

if you want to travel back in time, this cafe is a must try. as it’s centrally located, you might have to wait to be seated, depending on peak times. the menu has a variety of drinks, hot to cold, and snacks, both savoury and sweet. the waiters are very attentive and service is fast.

Wonderful little spot just off the action of the Duomo. The sandwich was truly excellent and the rest of the menu looked delicious. Great dessert selection too
