The biggest tourist scam I have ever seen. We were 20 people there, wanted to visit the island, to see the cultural sights. We paid for the entrance on the island, wanted to get the guide but nobody was there. We called to the island tourist center to get the guide because without the guide you cannot acces almost anything. It should be national park but without guide you see only garbage, ruined houses everything rotten and broken, full of plastic and metal things.
